Excellent experience from start to finish! The car was clean, comfortable, and in perfect condition. The booking process was simple, the pickup and return were quick and hassle-free, and the staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout. Their excellent service made our trip around Trieste much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this rental company and would definitely use their services again in the future. I had a problem paying at the agency because they don't accept credit or debit cards that don't have the cardholder's number and name printed on them. In many countries, like mine, this information isn't printed on cards. However, digital card payments can be made online!

Locauto people in Trieste Central Train…
Locauto people in Trieste Central Train Station are very good.
Also, what i love in Locauto is that no huge deposit.
In other car rentals, all my life i've strangle to return my deposit, even if nothing happens..Banks or carrental companies take 3-4 weeks and I always have to follow up and hassle ((

Very poor customer service at Trieste…
Very poor customer service at Trieste train station with employee mentioning and showing damage but that was not included in the official rental document. Luckily we took pictures and provided then at the car return but this left a very poor impression of Locauto. Employee and service at Malpensa airport was excellent. Such a pity your employee at Trieste train station spoiled your reputation. Also, I raised a concern via email with Customer Service and never received a reply....

Get what you ask for.
The office is actually in the bus station. Staff were friendly and spoke English. We got the type of car we requested and it was in good condition. Pick up and return were fuss free. The cost was pleasantly low. What more could you want?

Friendly reception desk. No wait. Good modern fuel efficient (hybrid) car. Very efficient, quick handling of the booking.
Exit from the car park is by a quite narrow spiral ramp.
It would have been useful to have a map showing how to get back into the car park.
