Central rental location in Trieste with enough cars but you need to know which size car you require for your luggage. Also oil indicator lamp camp on even though we had only done 250km into our trip.

Friendly reception desk. No wait. Good modern fuel efficient (hybrid) car. Very efficient, quick handling of the booking.
Exit from the car park is by a quite narrow spiral ramp.
It would have been useful to have a map showing how to get back into the car park.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff accompanied us out to parking garage to check car over. Car was clean, in great condition, ran very well. Dropping car off was also quick and easy

Wrong indications for returning the car…
The indications for returning the car where wrong in the app. And the rigth place is not well indicated, so i run out of time returning the car. Finaly I've left the car close (3 places away for your office) but not exactly under Locauto parking place because a coudnt find it and i was risking to loose my fligth. The lady in your office was rude when i deliver the car an explained the situation, threatening me with additional charges.

The rentalagent at the Trieste office…
The rental agent at the Trieste office refused to provide me the car I had rented, because my train arrived after closing hours that day. I tried that following day, but was refused by the rental agent. Horrible agent attitude, no effort made.
A nearby competitor car rental office curteously provided me a terrific car, but for a €500 increase in cost.
Your horrible Budget car rental agent cost me €500 !
I am angry at Budget!

Everything was easy an as expected
Everything was easy an as expected. Especially the return, which was quick and not trying to scam us with theorical damages that weren't there, as it happened to us before when renting cars with some other companies.
