The car experience was optimal, the service was a bit challenging, especially regarding documents and credit cards, I recommend to make sure you take pictures of everything, including the wheels

Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly, staff were helpful and friendly. Car in good condition and clean, was also helped to get GPS in English before leaving for trip. ("Trieste")
Dropped off car in "Milan", nice and easy. (They even found us a trolley for our bags) Thanks.

Excellent service, excellent vehicle
The on line rental experience was easy, the staff at reception/check are knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Staff in actual vehicle checkout floor are also: friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. Time is usually of the essence when renting a vehicle and at drop off — they know this, and do what is needed fast, yet efficiently. Definitely recommend using them!

Quickly on the road
After filling everything in at home, I was already in the car within 20 minutes. I had ordered a VW Polo but received a Seat. Fortunately, it's an automatic.

The team at Locauto in Trieste was wonderful, I didnt have a car reserved and they quickly and easily provided one at a great price and with local recommendations of what to do. Ended up having to change the drop off location and the bring the car back a day early, they were super understanding, didnt have to jump through hoops and even got money back.
