Central rental location in Trieste with enough cars but you need to know which size car you require for your luggage. Also oil indicator lamp camp on even though we had only done 250km into our trip.

I must say that the staff was excellent…
I must say that the staff was exceptional and professional. Unfortunately the car I was initially offered was not clean and had options I had not requested, specifically a baby car seat! It was clear that they were turning the vehicle around without having reviewed the needs of the next client or done a thorough cleaning. Fortunately the staff went to work and found another vehicle that was in better shape. I would have rated the overall experience higher but for this unfortunate and time consuming incident.

Italian with bank account in Germany? You can't rent.
LocAuto refused to accept my debit card because issued in a country different from the country of my citizenship.
A valid card, I paid with it for the rent of this car.
Strange rule and I will never again rent from them.
Funny to read that you hope to see me again, your rules forbid me to.

Great experience compared to other rental companies. No hassle with collection or return. No messing with inventing scratches which a lot of other companies do.

Excellent service
The staff was extremely friendly and spoke Italian and English fluently. The process was very simple and straightforward. First time driving and renting in another country and I couldn't be more pleased with the process. I will use then again.

Similar means something else
When I was looking to book a rental I look into different companies and I decided to choose you guys, I was reserving a Audi according to your website, for my understanding similar means if Audi not available probably a similar premium brand, but for my surprise turns out that they end up giving me a VW which I felt it's not similar category. I will advice if brand not available, please don't offer it, because I could have save more money if decided to reserve a VW.
