Would give 0. Made a call was told prices start from €124. I didn't even need the lock changed. He put a metal bar through letter box, pushed handle down from the inside and I was in. From the time he got here to the time he opened the door was 30 seconds and it cost €140. There are cheaper out there! Shop around. These guys are way overly priced.
In relation to your reply below, the woman on the phone told me that it's €124 but that I might not need a new lock so might not even be that. €124. Not €140.

A 12am call, out within the hour, lock opened, door opened. Key sorted and back in. Very friendly, helpful and quick. Thanks so much! Hopefully won't ever need to use him again but I know exactly where to go if I do!

Amazing service
Called this crowd at 10.31am.
Jura was out in around half an hour. Told me straight away the problem but he had to go buy 2 handles (so they would match).
Came back promptly and door closing better now than before! Job finished at 12.08pm.

Although it's expensive it's a great service.
Although it's expensive, the time between locking myself out and getting the new lock in the door took no more than an hour.
10pm on a Sunday, it's a good service and they get the job done.

Rescued by Janis from Dialock on January 18th when my front door lock failed. He diagnosed the problem and recommended that I replace handles to prevent recurrence. Repair is neat.
Expensive but glad of being able to open my door easily every time.

Terrible Service - Don't Use Them if you care about money and time
So we called them to fix lock on our front porch, the guy came in, installed a lock and charged us nearly 300 quid, the lock doesn't work.
He then says we will need another thing to make the lock work - a bolt of some sort and he will get back to us.
Since then, we have been going back and forth - no news. From Nov 28th to today Jan 4th - nearly a month and a half - no news.
We have an unlocked front porch because of them - we called them multiple times - they promise a ton but don't really do anything.
Terrible service. Not recommended at all.

Called to get lock fixed on my back door €124 callout plus vat no problem there so what happened next abloustly floored me said the lock needed to be replaced and the price of the lock was €166 plus vat so total cost €329.15 and the price of the exact lock on Amazon €25 be very careful dealing with this company

The cost you were quoted includes more than just the lock itself - it also covers professional assessment, sourcing of the correct part, on-site installation, and warranty coverage. While it’s true that some components may appear cheaper online, they often don’t include these essential services or may not be genuine or compatible parts. Please also note that there are over 150 mechanism systems used on the market and even if you believe you find something that looks similar, that is not always the case as even each part has different sizes and specifications. I can assure you the part installed in your case does not cost us 25 euros, if it did, we would have charged less accordingly.
We understand that pricing is important, and we always aim to be fair and transparent. We stand by the quality of our work and the parts we supply, and we're always happy to explain costs in detail when asked.

Key broke in locked door
My key broke in back door to garden on Sat night didn't sleep with worry as my dog loves getting out to the garden! Got in touch with Dialock on Sunday morning and had it fixed by lunchtime. Jura was really efficient and very pleasant to deal with.
Can't thank them enough and will recommend to friends and family.
