These boots are shockingly bad quality

These boots are shockingly bad quality. I have never, ever seen such terribly made shows. They are plastic, and feel like paper they are so thin. The size is much smaller than a normal size 6.. I am asking for a refund because I am so shocked at how they can believe it is ok to take your money and charge you for this rubbish. And it came all the way from China too which makes me feel terrible for the air travel. I am very very disappointed and cross about this product .

Just to reiterate what others have…

Just to reiterate what others have said. This is not a reputable company just scammers taking people's money under false pretences. The product is basically plastic. Took me 2 days of emails threatening to expose them, report them and ultimately take action to close them down to get a full refund. Don't give up. They will try their hardest to fob you off but just keep bombarding them with emails demanding a full refund. Worked for me. Good luck.

Absolute scam, terrible product

I too fell for the insta 'family business closing down' scam. Paid £39.99 + postage for 'leather fur lined Landa boots' - they couldn't be less leather or fur lined, and took over 3 weeks to arrive from CHINA not London as advertised. Cheap, awful boots that are plastic with the 'fur' like cotton wool that comes off in your hands and the soles would last 5 minutes outside - like soles for a baby's first slipper! Definitely plastic not leather. Absolute joke, just annoyed I've lost over £40 for nothing.

AVOID. False advertising, awful quality products.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
Do NOT be tempted to buy from Loecko London (which, surprise surprise isn’t in London!!). Items are disgraceful quality, grossly overpriced and falsely advertised as being ‘quality knitwear’ - it’s cheap polyester tutt with a print on it. No response from seller. Will be requesting a charge back and reporting Loecko.
Wasn’t cheap either!

Fraudsters

As others have said I wished I had known to read reviews on here before ordering. They do not respond to any emails, but message me back eventually on messenger, saying order would come. Bag arrived from China, but poor quality and not worth even half the price. There is No returns slip to return goods.
I have reported to my bank and raised a dispute.

DO NOT USE this company

DO NOT USE this company. My order arrived and as previous reviews have said they are tiny sizes not relating to european sizes at all and then they make it almost impossible to return the items . You have to pay postage to China (£22) and who knows if I will get a refund. VERY VERY BAD . A SCAM

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. GOODS ARE SHODDY & YOU HAVE TO RETURN THEM TO CHINA

Every other review saying this company is a fake, is absolutely true. I too was stupid enough to order the 'wool lined, waterproof leather boots', which as everybody else says, are thin and flimsy, and of appallingly poor quality - if they are leather, my name is Winnie the Pooh. When I tried one, even knowing as soon as I saw them that they were rubbish, I could not get my foot in the boot, despite ordering a size up so that I could wear with socks. I would not want them as a free gift, even if they did fit. I POLITELY asked for a refund, and they firstly offered me a 60% credit note towards another pair - I hate them, why would I want another pair - if I kept the boots and gave them away (!), which I declined. Then a 20% refund 'AS A FORM OF COMPENSATION' if I kept the boots'. I declined and said I wanted to return them for a refund. After a long exchange of increasingly irate emails, I received a link to their 'refund policy' which states I have to pay the postage myself - not happy but like all the other poor suckers on here, I thought they were UK based. I would NEVER buy anything online from China, especially clothing if I had known. They are absolute crooks. Even now they are saying 'guess what, we will offer 30% discount on your next purchase if you keep the boots'. If I find that it does indeed cost £20 to send the item to China, (which it probably will as you have to use a courier, provide proof of tracking etc), I will definitely take the matter further. I am so furious and utterly disgusted at being cheated like this. Yes, if only I had had the sense to read the reviews first. I am probably going to find myself £35.99 out of pocket, or hairless at the stress of trying to get my money back. The boots took 2 weeks to arrive, so I doubt if the bank can do anything. Trading Standards maybe - I really don't know where to turn. My guess is that the company is utterly fake. The return address on the parcel is in the UK - looks like Leicester, yet I am forbidden to send the return there. I wish I could use bad enough words for this bunch of crooks, but doubt if the review would get published if I did. I may just donate them to a charity shop and save myself the stress of dealing further with these hateful creatures. I will not accept any of their bribes, I would rather tell them to stick it where the sun doesn't shine. If there are any other review sites I will be sure to speak there - not that it will do any good. They are beneath contempt.

UPDATE several months later. My bank turned out to have a department which deals with payments made to dodgy companies by debit card. It was a long process, but I did eventually get my money back. The bank opened a case, I sent in receipts, emails etc, and the most satisfying thing was that Loeckolondon begged me to stop the proceedings, as it was 'costing them a lot of money'. Apparently the bank fines them or something similar. They offered me a refund if I closed the case. My reply was that they had had ample opportunity to honestly refund me and had refused, even telling my bank that I had failed to respond to their emails! So I would not close the case, and my reply was non negotiable. OK, it was not a huge amount of money, but somebody else might have lost a lot more. So you CAN get your money back from this company, it just needs a bit of stubbornness and perseverance.

Do not order from here

Do not order from here.
The product was not at all what I ordered, the size was so wrong it was almost funny.
They are failing to inform you on the return policy that the customer have to pay the shipment to China, after this you might get the refund, even when they have sent you a wrong product.

I agree with the previous reviews, it seems to be a scam. I have contacted the bank and the police.

I was trying to cancel my order with…

I was trying to cancel my order with Loecko London yesterday. My payment was still pending so I contacted the Loecko by sending 5 messages on their website and emails too.
The customer service ignored my messages and still sent the parcel with a new email that they added a present in my parcel too. Iam not interested about anything from them only get my money back what they do not want to do. After reading all bad reviews on your Trust pilot I am 100% sure what I will receive in the parcel so I send another 4 messages to provide me a return address because they ignored my cancellation of the order and just carry on with fraudsters. Iam very sorry that I wasn't checking Trust pilot before I made the order.

I too was scammed

I too was scammed, lured into ordering 2 items,( rubbish and child sized) and as many have said, I will never order anything again without looking at reviews. I've emailed and to my surprise I did actually get a response, offering me a discount of 20% (..laughable idea of ordering further items ,) or returning for full refund . So good money after bad on the outside chance of refund??? I contacted bank who are up for pursuing a refund so that might be the way to go.

Loecko London is a fake and scam!

Loecko London is a fake and scam!! They purposefully deceiving customers by pretending to be a London based company. Falsifying their brand name by Using London, including a uk based address on their website and telling a uk story, when they have nothing to do with London and are actually based in china. Their products are cheaply manufactured fakes which don’t even resemble the pictures and product videos they show on their site. The boots I bought were advertised as real leather, waterproof and lining made of real wool, all claims are lies. The boots were in fact made of plastic, stinking of chemicals and incomplete, missing laces and the Swedish label of certification as shown on their site. When trying to return the product they say the return postage needs to be covered by the costumer. Which would be ok if it was a uk based company. But I only get a refund if the product is returned to china. I have no guarantee if I will actually receive the refund and the cost of shipping is £20. Half the value of the price I paid for the boots, which are probably not even worth a fraction of that cost. The company is a scam, the products are not only bad, they are ripoffs, returning products to china u reasonable and false advertising to this level is illegal!

Scam

Ordered a ‘cashmere’ cardigan. Arrived 4 weeks later from China. Sleeves didn’t reach elbows let alone wrists. Contacted for a return and refund, as per their web site. No return address given. Instead that said I could keep the item and give kindly to a member of my family and they would give me 40% off an order to replace it. Erm no .. I asked for a refund and return address. No reply so I contacted my bank to raise a dispute. Payment credited by bank. And now being emailed daily by Lodeko with a sob story about their business and asking me to stop the dispute so they get the money and they will then refund me. I again asked for an address to return the garment to .. nothing.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. I purchased a sweater for £39.99.
When it arrived it was nothing like the picture and awful quality. It said handmade in London on the website. When I tried to return it I had to return to china!! No idea how much that would be but when I emailed them they offered me a 40% refund and keep the crap. I’m waiting for response as I told them there website was inaccurate and I don’t want to pay for return. Fat chance I expect 😡

I’m sorry to say but all other reviews…

I’m sorry to say but all other reviews are accurate. My boots arrived today from CHINA, not London, and they are terrible. Cheap flimsy boots with an awful plasticy factory smell. Total false advertising and I feel so foolish for having bought these. Have learnt my lesson to trust something which seems too good to be true.

It's a scam! Don't buy from them!

If I could mark less stars I would. Absolutely dreadful. This company is a scam, do not buy from them. The clothes you get have nothing to do what what the advertise in the website. And they are definitely not in London! And returning the items means I have to pay the shipping costs! I complete con!

Update from previous review

Update regarding refund
I emailed the company about the shody awful items that I had recieved and they offered me a 20% refund. I threatened I would contact trading standards and they have given me a 50% refund, it got transferred into my bank straight away.
I’ve lost out on £35 but I guess it’s better than nothing.

Agree with all other reviews.
Thought I was ordering a lovely fur lined pair of waterproof boots plus a chunky Aaron knit cardigan. What arrived 4 weeks later is an absolute joke. Shocking bad quality and nothing like advertised.
Really wished I had read reviews before, I totally fell for their sob story of closing the family business.
We live and learn I guess
Has anyone successfully recieved a refund from them?
