Gutted that I didnt look at reviews first...

Astonished at the quality of the boots I ordered and honestly they weren't event cheap at £40 (eg Temu / Shein level - so thought I was safe in my purchase as I dont normally like to support those kind of companies).

I stupidly believed the blatant graphic on the webpage about them being handmade in London but red flags started flying after I ordered and my tracking number showed the order was coming from China. I sent 2 follow up emails asking about it and got no reply.

The shoes are basically leather coated carboard with flip flop soles.

Doubt I will get any response when I try to take this further but I'm quite upset and annoyed.

Mascarading as a London/UK shop. Their Instagram post a complete scam!
Asked for the order to be cancelled and they said it was too late as they had shipped it.........had to wait 23 days as it came from China and was the worse quality.....do not buy anything from them. Refusing to refund me despite cancelling the order well before it reached me and items are damaged and of very very poor quality! Take the warning, should have done my research before purchasing anything!

I wouldn't give them any stars. Total scam. They appear to be trading as Oliver London as well - same story, closing family business. I have just noticed a new ad for Oliver on my Instagram. I wish I'd read these before ordering. Stay away from both. Who knows what other names they are trading under.

This company has robbed me of £100! I’ve foolishly placed and order! Which has notified my “shop” account that its been delivered! But I’ve had no sign of my parcel, no notification through the postal box either to say failed delivery etc!! & no correspondence from website when I’ve contacted them !

I ordered the supposedly cashmere cardigan and it took ages to arrive, as everyone said in their reviews it is not cashmere and looks nothing like the picture.
also they want me to send the item back to china, i have to pay for the shipping until they refund me.
this is a scam and a really bad company please do not order anything from them.

I saw an ad on Instagram from this company saying that it was with sadness they had to close their family business and gave reasons for it. It looks genuine and it will tug at your heart strings but when I looked into their Instagram account it said that it was not on Instagram and under its name it said it was a gaming company. They have Facebook presence but when you look on there they’ve hidden comments and some of the pictures of their products have 1 like and 1 angry emoticon. I popped onto Trust Pilot and after reading the reviews I felt compelled to write this review. I was taken in by the ‘hand made in England’ story but it looks like an absolute con. I’m glad I double checked their reputation. Please do not buy. It’s a scam.

As others have written, all a scam. Jacket I ordered nothing like the pictures, took forever to arrive from China and I didn't get a receipt email and have been repeatedly ignored on requesting one , so can't get my money back

TOTAL SCAM!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! Hi, I bought a windbreaker and, apart from the fact it took like 3 weeks to arrive, what supposed to be an M size is more like an XS and it’s nothing like described and in the pictures. The material is poor quality and even the design is not the same. It was being delivered from China and when I asked the customer service about it they didn’t even reply.

I unfortunately only looked at reviews once i placed my order. This company is a scam, they send very bad quality products from China, which takes ages, and they then refure to refund once you complain they are nothing like what you ordered. They try and get you to send the parcel back to China if you want a refund, at your cost, which of course is ridiculous not only for the cost but also for the carbon print. I am about to put in a claim through the small claims court.

SCAM. Truly terrible quality products given luxury prices. Bought a coat half price with loose stitching, thin low quality fabric, with poppers about to come off. The company then refused to give me a full refund. Fully illegal practice. AVOID.

Really this company should close asap
as the items sent are nothing what is advertised. Poor quality, a scam company. Stealing your money !

Same as others.....bought as it stated made in UK, cheap chinese made products arrived, nothing like the website. Customer service told me to ship back at my cost...nowhere on website does it say return shipping was to China!

Scam company pretending to be based in London website and pics looks professional, I only realised they were based in China when the package took soo long to arrive..the items were REALLY poor quality nothing like the pictures and they smelt bad...boots with no show box..the cardigan looked like a 10 year old dog blanket DO NOT BUY.
Scam firm who will no doubt be forced to shut down very soon

The company is a scam. Advertised as UK based and state that products are handmade in the UK but the product I received was made in and shipped from China. The product was completely different to the one I ordered in looks and quality. When emailed them to return the item they asked me to ship it to China at my own cost. I have reported them to PayPal and got a refund. Stay away.

I bought some clothings and trainers from them through an advert on Instagram, they were advertised as premium quality "Made in London". I got the clothes almost a month afterwards from China. I was sent all smaller sizes and really poor quality, the trainers had no grip and it was two sizes smaller than what I ordered, the sole of the trainers weren't different from slippers.

I have requested a refund from PayPal.

Item cheap imitation of advertised goods, supposed to be cashmere, more like flannel!
Don't buy from this site, goods are shipped from China not London. It is a scam.

Same issue as everyone else - item came from China so late (even though it says "handmade in London". Bad quality, undersized, with a stain.
Was asked to return to China at own cost.
Stay clear and if you already fell, get your refund through paypal.

I agree with all the previous critiques. My cardigan so called cotton mix came stuffed into a plastic bag with no label on it. So no idea what its made of! It smells really badly of mould as if its been in a very damp wharehouse without any protection. Loecko have been very rude but have sent me an address saying it may take a month to get to there but if I must then it has to be sent to China and I have to pay postage! I am going to get onto Pay pal also . For information the instructions given are 1. Go to your nearest post office.
2. Return the parcel to the following address:

3. Pay the shipping costs (the minimum if possible).
4. Take a photo of the label
5. Send us an email with the photo of the label attached as proof of postage and any relevant information.
They say you have to e mail them first to get agreement for return!!

I think a bait and switch scam. I ordered a shirt from a London store "closing down". Drop shipped something from China - not the same and not just the wrong size the wrong everything - cheap, horrible and child's size. Tried to tell me I had to mail to China and take the risk and maybe "trust them" for a refund someday. Cancelled this so do not buy from them

Scam company. Avoid. Poor quality goods. Sizes and quality do not match description or photos and returns policy is a joke. You have to pay to return to China and they only then will refund you one month thereafter. Pretty sure I would never see a penny of any refund.

They hide behind vague terms and count on the fact that most people will not be bothered to do anything about it.
