This is a scam same story as Laurie London . Same merchandise and pricing. Ordered a jumper from Laurie London still waiting to be delivered by some odd deliver company.

Scam company, they clearly pass your order to China, ordered size 44 shoes got sent a size way smaller but not sure how small as no labels on the shoes, company hasn't responded to any emails.

It is a scam! do not order from these people, total rubbish,cheap,shoddy goods from China nylon,acrylic,polyester cardigan-ghastly material,ghastly colour £39.95. Contacted website but no reply to date. Have reported to PayPal.
Would not have given one star but unable to make a review so wanted to remove the star.

Not what I ordered rubbish only fit for the dogs bed.

That one star is undeserved. Do not order anything from this company, what you receive looks nothing like what you are . Cheap rubbish from china.
These people should be ashamed all the people they are scamming out of money .
To return to china costs a fortune , so probably most people like me don’t bother and put it down to experience, so they are in a win win situation. DONT ORDER!!!

Not worth the one star I gave… ordered a coat Mac , what came was nothing like on the website…it came too small and very creased. I had to ask for the return address many times and now God knows how much it will cost to post to China. Scam scam scam… she offered me 40% to keep it , told her I would not keep it even it is free. That’s how bad the item is. Hope I get my £64. Back

What a scam !! Ordered a cashmere sweater what arrived was a nylon,acrylic with polyester sweater that looked like it had seen better days!! When I finally contacted them they were very unhelpful saying I had to pay for postage and it would take a month before I would be refunded, the crazy thing is they’re still online selling & conning people they are blatantly stealing

I have just received 3 jumpers a month after I ordered. They are not suitable. I is way too small and the other 2 are too large. Asked for a refund but I am not holding my breath.

Save your money, buy cheap buy twice. Absolutely disgusting service, they should be ashamed of their business ethics (they have none).

Poor quality, size was very much smaller than the guidelines indicated. Very surprised if the item was cashmere, as it was very thick and rough on the skin.

Took ages to arrive. I returned it to the “return address” on the package with proof of delivery. They say it was not the address for returns, I should have waited for their instructions (?). They are refusing to give me a refund.

I will never ever buy from this firm again.

Cardigan I ordered was supposed to be Casual Knit Cardigan, I received a printed jersey cardigan, nothing like the image on their website. Asked to return and was told I need to pay for return postage to China. Raised a dispute with Paypal.

Do not go near this company. The items ordered were of a terrible quality and completely the wrong size. I was offered discounts to keep them but I would not have been able to wear these. They then insisted that any retuedn had to be sent back to China AT MY EXPENSE, which cost me £27.40!!!! I have raised a complaint through paypal for the refund of all of this.

Ordered a rain mac after seeing and Instagram advert. Waste of money. Lesson learnt.

I'm a UK 14, I ordered that size. This jacket is made for a 10 year old. What a rubbish company.

The delivery was very slow to arrive and the parcel just dumped on my doorstep with very little id as to who'd delivered. The garment had no labels and the fabric was definitely not the "cashmere" advertised. The sizing was about 2 sizes too small compared with the advertised sizing. I asked for advice on what to do and they offered a 60% discount on another purchase and I could give this one away.

THIS IS A SCAM SITE, I ordered a cashmere jumper £39.99 and received an item made from Acrylic, Nylon and Polyester which is awful. Returns are to China and you have to pay postage.
I really want to rate it zero stars.

Same experience as previous reports, cashmere cardigan that would not fit a child! They offered me a 50% refund that has not appeared. I only ordered because of the London address.
