I has been 5month without the refund of…

I has been 5month without the refund of my money. I booked the flight from Kenya to south African and cancelled the flight as the next flight i wanted to connect with was 2hours earlier. I have been writing emails to them but empty promises, I think it is the right time now to repot them to ATOL and fraud team.

Easy to use website although I could…

Easy to use website although I could not use my Amex credit card even though it was displayed. However, this was irrelevant as their pricing was excellent. Txs!

I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company. They can cancel your flights in just one click! We had terrible experience with this company,they change the price at the end of the booking procedure after they approved the ticket price before and customer service is also “bad one”….

Do not honour their 100% refund "gaurentee" and do not reply to emails questioning this.

Have been emailing them after they only gave a partial refund under their 100%refund guarantee. They are not replying to emails I sent providing bank evidence of what I received (bizarre anyway as they should know what they did refund). Also had a huge problem in that I paid by visa debit card in pounds Stirling as the price was advertised in pounds Stirling- but they would not refund to my card - had to send international banking details and I suspect the partial refund is due to fees for that being charged to me. Be very cautious of booking with this company if the guarantee of a full refund (as they advertise) is an incentive - as they do not honour it and do not reply to follow up emails as in my case.

Bad expierence

I had 3 fligths between the 19th and 20th of agaust. The third one was Paris-Tokio. The flight was delayed, and I recieved a message from lol.travel in time I was in the previous flight, saying the hour change (9,25h to 18.00h), and if I was not satisfied with the change, I had to Replay to the message. Thing that I can't do because I was in a plane.

I tried to contact to lol.travel, but they say that they cant do anything, so I had to stay in Paris from 8:00 to 18:00h

Price grown up in few seconds

Tickets bought but the game that when i start purchasing I have one price and at the end it will be increasing 10 or 20% is not a nice think.

I have just made a reservation for 3…

BAD EXPECTATIONS
I have just made a reservation for 3 nights in September and all I have seen in the comments written by former guests is complaints about the poor service in the reception; the terrible condition of rooms, common areas and bathrooms. There's also negative comments about problems with overbooking, cockroaches in the rooms and things like that. I tried to find a website or an e-mail addresss to get in touch with them but to no avail. I am really worried about my first visit to New York regarding lodging in this place. I can write to you after my stay there and I hope things are not that bad when I confront the reality of a single in 2-bed dormitory room with private bathroom at Central Park West Hostel.

It has been a terrible experience. With no assistance from lol travel. It is 3 weeks after a refund is said to have been processed and nothing.

Agents are rude on call and offer no assistance on email.

couldn’t be worse service

The airline altered the schedule of our connecting flight, making it impossible for us to make the necessary connection. They offered us two options: either reschedule the flights for the following day or receive a refund. In both cases, this company imposed a fee of €55. If we accepted a refund, the airline promised a full reimbursement of the amount paid; however, this company deducted €200 from the total.

Ultimately, we chose to reschedule the flight for the following day and paid the €55 fee. Additionally, we had a lengthy layover exceeding 8 hours. The company informed us that any overnight accommodation would be at our own expense. However, the reality was that the airline provided a hotel room at no charge to us and all passengers on the same flight, as this service is available when the layover exceeds 8 hours.

The misinformation and poor service provided by this company were deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this company, even to my worst enemy.

It is not about lol travels but about the carrier my checked in hard baggage case in Fly Dubai flight was damaged and the trolley wheel was ripped off...I've lodged and their Celebi staff has noted complaint and assured to redress the situation🤞

I bought the ticket by mistake and I…

I bought the ticket by mistake and I realised immediately.. by low I could cancel without any penalty if I cancel within given time .. other companies do it without any charges.. but iol travel charge me 50euro saying that it was for the service.
Very dishonest and greedy. Never use them again.
