I bought the fur coat with a hood looks lovely but omg the fur coming off it so annoying caked everyone around me in it car etc don’t want to wear it again is this normal ? Delivery ok

Bad delivery time
Ordered over £150 worth of items with 2-4 days shipping. Items still haven’t come and it’s been almost 6 days with no response from their customer service team. Needed this to arrive by tomorrow and the tracking says it hasn’t even been shipped yet although it says on the web sight all orders are shipped by the next day (or longer on a Sat). Really disappointed as clothes look beautiful but won’t be able to wear

We always respond to all emails within 48 hours, so if you could please reach out to us directly with your order number, we’d love to get this resolved for you.
Just to clarify, and as stated in our returns policy, we do ask customers to cover the cost of return postage. While we wish we could offer free returns, as a small independent business this simply isn’t something we can sustain at the moment—though it is something we’re working towards for the future. Most online retailers operate this way, and we’re always transparent about this in our returns policy and terms and conditions.

Really poor quality items for…
Really poor quality items for extortionate prices. Returning is a nightmare. You have to pay to return and once they receive it they completely ignore your emails. I emailed 10+ times to get updates on my return and got completely ignored. Eventually got my returns payment after 3+ weeks but only thanks to Klarna intervening. I imagine it would be impossible if you didn’t pay credit. I’m so happy I did. This company needs shut down or reporting to trading standards. Quality and customer service is abysmal.

Our returns policy, including timeframes and return postage responsibility, is clearly outlined at checkout and on our website. Like many independent brands, we do ask customers to cover the return cost so we can continue offering unique, small-batch styles at fair prices.
We’re truly sorry if you felt ignored — we respond to all emails within 48 hours and have had a little look and cant see the 10 emails you are referring to, but during busy periods emails can take a little longer. That said, we’re glad your return was ultimately processed and hope we can do better by you in the future.

I’ve been waiting for a refund from Lola Rae since the beginning of May, after multiple chases I still haven’t got a response from customer service.
The quality of the products are also awful.
