I bought the fur coat with a hood looks lovely but omg the fur coming off it so annoying caked everyone around me in it car etc don’t want to wear it again is this normal ? Delivery ok

Untrustworthy company - be careful
I have had the same problem as the review here - they are accusing me of the clothing smelling of perfume, which is not the case, as I never wore the item. Please don’t buy from this company it is a scam!

Hey, please email us if you have any problems we are more than happy to deal with them. However with regards to returns we are a small business so check every single return thoroughly ourselves. Unfortunately people attempt to wear clothes and send them back to companies but we do not tolerate this at all. If something is returned to us and is not in the condition we sent it out in, we simply will not send it to another customer and therefore this is not fit for resale.
Misleading shipping times
Ordered a set on the 6th Sep for next day delivery it’s now the 12th Sep and it’s just come today.
Paid £5.50 for the NDD and have asked for this money back at least with no response.
The clothes aren’t all that for the pricing and the customer service team is terrible.
I would avoid, as this happened the last time too.

Hey Phoebe, we have just checked your order. You ordered on Friday 6th September at 15.52 which is after our NDD cut off time (As stated on the website our NDD is Mon-Fri before 1pm) this means your order was shipped on Monday 9th September and Evri attempted delivery twice on the 10th and 11th but nobody was home unfortunately which is why it was finally delivered on Thursday 12th. Sorry if you felt mislead with any information but when ordering with NDD it does state all information on the website.
Terrible brand
Customer services for this company is beyond terrible, extremely slow to respond. The clothes are poorly made and do not resemble what is on their website. I returned the item but they minuses delivery costs - there is no mention of this in their refund policy. I also had to pay to return the item using a tracked signed for service which cost me an additional 9.95. My advice for others would be to not purchase from this company, there are brands that have similar items and provide good service if not excellent service. Scamming customers should not be the way and all brands are built on providing excellent service and products for their customers and excellent customer service. Sadly this brand fails at everything and just wants a quick buck and for the price of the items you would expect more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND IF I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS I WOULD

Hey, if you want to email us we would be happy to resolve the issues you have faced. However it states on our website that customers are responsible for paying for returns! As much as we would love to be in the position to pay for our customers returns we are a small independent business and cannot offer this.
Avoid this company at all costs!!!
Avoid this company at all costs. They won’t let you return there rubbish quality items for a refund. They will tell you the item smells and is not re sellable. Absolute fraudulent scammers who are using morally wrong and damaging reasons to not accept your return and keep your money. I will not be letting this go and I will be taking it further.
