Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. Lolas on West End Lane is a disgrace
Lolas on West End Lane is a disgrace - seriously charging £6.95 for a slice of Victoria sponge which was tasteless - then being told no cash accepted although this was not stated before ordering. The woman on the till was rude and surly - will never go back as there are far more decent options further up the road.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, pick up was available exactly when I arranged for and the staff at West Hampstead store were really charming. The cake (size large) was perfect and everyone said it was the best ever! Delicious, fresh and beautiful

Lola’s cakes are amazing! I needed a cake for my son at the last minute for his Earthday, and this great company delivered the goods on time and intact; my son and his friends absolutely loved the aesthetic of the cake with the added personalisation. I highly recommend Lola’s; you won’t be disappointed.

The cake was dry I ate it same day I picked up and was dry wich is quite upsetting for the price and quality they usually have

I am sorry to hear that you found your cake to be dry, I can assure you that all of our cakes are baked fresh for the day of delivery. They would need to be stored at room temperature for at least 3 hours before serving otherwise they can appear a little dry.

Incredible Salted Caramel GLUTEN FREE BIRTHDAY CAKE
My wife is a coeliac and I picked up a salted caramel birthday cake for her 30th I don't know what Lola's do to their gluten free cakes, but it's incredible. It wasn't too sweet as I've found with other places, the texture was beautiful and I wished the cake was bigger.
Will definitely be returning.
