Looking for a unique birthday cake, I discovered Lola's. Ordering and collecting were simple, and the shop was welcoming! Everyone commented on how tasty the cake (tropical opera cake) was. The mascarpone icing was delicious since it was less sweet than traditional icing, and even folks who typically avoid cake ate some. I will definitely promote from Lola's was amazing as this one was.

Very well made and thought of cake design! We loved it and the chocolate flavor is a hit to everybody at the party. We’ll definitely order again. Always been a fan of Lola’s cakes!

I ordered a birthday cake for my son. I picked up at North Greenwich. The service was quick, the staff was nice and friendly.

The cake was great and easy to collect. The only issue was that the store substituted our fountain candle without telling us. They gave us a load of standard candles which we had already.

Good customer service plus yummy cake, can’t go wrong usually but this cake was very warm. Had to put it in the fridge for a good couple hours to make it better. Except for that it’s always 10 out of 10. I got to stop eating cake because I am now 1 stone over weight at least. I must stay away from Lola’s because of this lol

I bought a cookie and cream cake for my sons 13th birthday. And we thoroughly enjoyed it. Was moist and not too sweet, flavour was just right. Will buy again for my other sons birthday.

For my son’s 5th birthday party we’ve ordered medium rainbow cake! This is our family favourite option for any kids parties/events. The cake is super colourful inside with each layer coated in vanilla buttercream. I personally would have preferred each colourful layer to taste differently. But even though it all tastes the same, it doesn’t stop kids loving this bright yummy sweetness. Our medium size cake was mega popular - not even a single tiny piece of cake survived the party (12 kids + some parents dived in with joy). Next time we will order a large one 😊

I made an online order for a Christmas party, at no point through the order process was a strict collection slot was mentioned before payment on the site or after payment via email and text. I ended up not collecting my order for the intended day and going empty handed as I could not collect on route. The staff were patient enough to explain, but I showed my communication and understood the problem and kept my order for next day collection. I ended up picking these up the next day and the texture was all wrong, the vegan cakes were too wet and no longer consumable.

The cake was scrumptious as I expected it to be.

I asked the sales assistant to help me pick as I didn’t know what to go for and she chose a beautiful salted caramel cupcake. It was delicious I just wish I got two.

I am critical with cake, especially red velvet. Bought the red velvet cake and it was very lovely so I bought it again for another birthday; very yummy. You can taste the rich cocoa flavour so it’s not just colouring and it’s not too sweet. Definitely a winner!

I live in Australia. I've never had them before. But my fiance loves them. She has their cupcakes as a tear to herself once in a while. For her birthday and to surprise her, I get her cakes and cupcakes from here all the time and she enjoys them (kinda jealous of her reaction every time). She loves their red velvet and chocolate flavoured ones. If you can try them, I'd recommend do so because there are some people who want to and can't!

Cake was nicely done n delicious without being too sweet. My wife, children, niece n her family also loves it.

The pickup of the cake was flawless. When I arrived at the collection point, I just showed the email, and the worker gave me the box. The cake looked exactly how it was in the photos. The Lion cake was bought for the WOW effect for my girlfriend's birthday, and it accomplished exactly what it was purchased for.
The taste, on the other hand, was not as great as the majority of sponge cakes in the UK. The cake was too sweet, and the sponge was very dry. The service and pick-up were excellent, but the cake was not.
