Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. I always buy cakes from lolas but last time experience was terrible. The cake that i bought was soo sour and not goodat all. Felt like it was no fresh. Spent a lot but not worth it.

Cake was tasty
Cake was tasty, service was quick, however, I requested a personal note to come with the cake and it did not. Very disappointed because of that.

the cupcakes were excellent
the cupcakes were excellent - but I received them in a brown paper bag, was a little disappointed as there were meant to be a present and should be handed over in the original Lola´s branded bag.

While we do typically offer our cupcakes and cakes in boxes and with bags with our Lola's branding, we do occasionally have issues with supply of these items and keep backup bags to hand that may not include this branding so we can be sure to provide a bag still if customers request this.
I will be sure to log your feedback regarding this experience with our team as we do understand the importance for many customers that we provide this extra touch and we do want to make sure we can provide this wherever possible.

Birthday cupcake
This was my birthday cupcake. The lady was rude when I was selecting and then when she put it in the box she knocked off the topping - I said oh youve knocked it off and she looked at me, sealed the box and just gave me the box… no apology or offer of a new cupcake

Easy Pickup
Ordered a cake for my partner's b-day and i was delayed to pick up but the team was super helpful and had no issues with my delay.
I ordered a cookies and cream cake and it was lovely! This was my second time ordering a 1kg cake and i will be returning.
