Good selection of cakes
Good selection of cakes. Loved the Harry Potter design. The sales assistant didn’t seem particularly helpful when I asked him a question about the cakes.

Hello,
Thank you for taking time to share your feedback with us.
I am glad to hear you liked our cake selection, and I am sorry to hear your experience in store was not as informative as you expected.
This does not sound up to our usual standards of customer service and I can assure you that I will be logging your feedback with our store manager to be reviewed with the team members on shift, so perhaps additional training can be provided.
If you would like to discuss this in more detail, please email us at hello@lolascupcakes.com
Best wishes,
Marta

Very profesional and responsive.
I needed a cake for a 30th Birthday. I was able to order it to one of the tube stations in the way to the venue.
The cake was in time and the pick up process was really smooth. The flavour was amazing and everyone was happy with it.

The cupcakes were good
The cupcakes were good, sweet, but the brownies were a bit less good, also very sweet but too dense and slightly dry. I have eaten better.
