After initial concerns about substitute products and their technical performance, the London Building Suppliers technical team provided support in the form of u-value calculations to overcome these concerns.

One of the strangest and most disappointing online purchases I have made so far.
I ordered 10m² of 8mm sound insulation material, and delivery was attempted a few days later. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery as I was not at home at the time. However, there was no phone call and no delivery note left—only an email afterwards stating that I would need to pay an additional £60 for redelivery. In my opinion, this is unreasonable and not customer-friendly, especially given the lack of proper delivery communication.
As a result, I chose to order the same item from another supplier with a much more reliable delivery service.
The real issue began when I tried to obtain a refund. After several calls and emails, I was refunded only £97.99 out of the £231.99 I had originally paid. A significant portion of my payment (£134) was withheld without what I consider to be a clear or fair justification.
Overall, this experience has been very frustrating. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious and to carefully review the company’s delivery and refund policies before purchasing.

I needed more information on a product than their website gave. I called twice and left all my details and each time was told I couldn't talk to anyone there and then and would have to leave my details for the Sales team to ring me back. No-one has on either occasion. One big waste of time and so I have gone elsewhere.

Excellent communication at all times with a prompt delivery service and addressing queries.

Insufficient information on their website to order online and can't speak to anyone to place an order. Have called 6 times over a period of 3 days and just get a call service saying they will call back and they never do.
