I recently ordered and received wall insulation for my extension. Upon receiving it, I messaged them as I initially thought the supplied quantity was short. However, turns out it was my fault completely I had miscounted. I wanted to post a review because although I was completely wrong, the customer service was excellent. They immediately addressed it and explained where I was wrong. Unfortunately, good customer service seems rare nowadays so this was well worth a post. Many thanks

Cmpetitive price excellent delivery service

London Building Supplies and Building Insulation are same company, same website but it doesnt say registered company number, except when you check Building Insulation. Same person answers the phone but cannot help with anything and directs to email support.
Price seems very good, but feel wary about making an order with a company not transparent about its organisation.

Great pricing on Knauf, PIR and RWA, My previous supplier canceled on me last minute and they sorted me out just before Bank holiday... Life savers!

I have done my order on the 2nd of December 2022.
I have paid delivery £75 to arrive on the 6th of December.
I have called 5th times 08000541109 to ask when will be delivered. I had been asking same question about every time ( order number, address delivery, name, phone number and email address). Every time and their excuses will write down your message and deal with it.
I do not had my order even today.
No follow up with me ever.
I want my money back.
Hopefully now someone will take me serious.
I know I am really disappointed and will not trust you to sort anything.
But I will go further.

Amazing service. i requested a two-day delivery, received a phone call and was offered a delivery next day. Very helpful and good advice on building products.

Absolutely superb service. My card got declined multiple times and locked due my own error, Ravi from LBS called me to inform me what was happening and aided me to a swift resolve and prompt delivery. These guys are very competitive and the service was A1. Cannot fault them.
