Quick Delivery, Friendly Service, Mistake rectified quickly

Ordered insulated plasterboard from London Building supplies as they had good pricing, lowest delivery thresholds and offered the quickest delivery. Goods turned up on expected delivery date and driver was friendly and helped unload.
Unfortunately discovered later that the insulated plasterboard was thicker than ordered. Normally an “upgrade” wouldn’t be a problem but I was working with very tight measurements and couldn’t use anything but the originally ordered size. Spoke to the company on a Friday and was quickly rectified with the replacement boards delivered first thing Monday.

Great expert advice and perfect product

I had been looking for an effective solution for insulating a very cold wall behind our wardrobe, and Gav at London Building Supplies spent ages on the phone (on several occasions) with me to explain why the EcoTherm Eco-Liner Rigid PIR Dry Lining Insulation Board was the best product for our needs. We had previously experienced a condensation problem and really needed to sort out this wall prior to installing a custom-made wardrobe. He has been super helpful! Thanks!
