I recently ordered a beautiful rug named Helen from London Rug Company. My first experience of ordering from this company has been excellent from start to finish.
The website was so easy to navigate. There were a great selection of gorgeous rugs to choose from and they were all available in two sizes. The images were clear and concise and definitely true to the eye. More importantly the price of the rugs are amazing, I did wonder when ordering if the quality would not be as expected but I needn't have worried at all. The rug arrived carefully packaged and without delay by a reputable delivery company and on opening I couldn't believe what good value for money the rug was. The quality is amazing and I love the colours, it was exactly what I was looking for! After removing the packaging it took less than 10 minutes for the rug to lay flat, there were no creases and the corners sat flat straightaway too. I'll definitely order from this company again, in fact I'm now considering ordering the same rug in the larger size for the winter months.

Ordered my Rug Monday was delivered Thursday. Rug is beautiful good quality and even nicer than I thought it was on the website. Couldn’t be happier

I’ve ordered two rugs from here and the quality is absolutely brilliant I’ve ordered 9 rugs to scatter around a new home in Marbella but the quality of londonrugcompany are by far the best.

Small note on the delivery the communication could be improved by giving expected delivery time frames from point of sale. Also the courier delivered 45mins too early from the time slot given.
