Good range of products easy to navigate
I like this website, the overall range of products is good- they have alot to offer and I like that. Everything from makeup, to skincare and hair care, even perfumes. It’s easy to navigate through and find new things you haven’t seen before and the prices are a bit lower compared to other websites. There was an issue with the discount code not working but the customer service resolved that for me.

New customer 20% off only on SELECTED items.
I was disappointed that my new shopper coupon just didn't apply. The "selected items" should be in bold.
The search function was a bit hard of understanding.
Awkward separated package of three or two bottles options are not in one product page with tabs to select number of bottles, but listed as individual product.
The price on my main target item was best, I discovered a 40% sale on a brand I like, and I had assembled my 15 items cart, that I didn't want to give up the assembling time for. So I ordered anyway.

Old reliable
I was suspicious of this website for a long time, thought I’d most likely receive either counterfeit, broken, or no items. I was proven wrong tho, and now, a few years down the line- I’ve never been let down. Delivery can be a little slow but that really doesn’t matter to me, my items always arrive and are always in good condition. The package is always pristine, products neatly and securely nestled inside. I have never received anything broken, or even just a little banged up.
They carry a lot of hair- and skincare brands that have been hard for me to come by in the past. Lookfantastic.com will bring them to me for some VERY reasonable prices, in just about a week or two. Checkout is relatively pain-less and they accept Apple Pay.
It’s not a particularly sexy or exciting website, there are no epic highs, but neither are there any epic lows. It’s been a dependable staple in my life for almost 5 years now, it’s kind of like a boring spouse I cheat on sometimes, but always end up going back to.
I really have no complaints, it always gets the job done.
