No Home Delivery plus Long Waiting for Delivery Ofte
Often it has taken more than 10 days for my products to arrive but this time it did not even provide me with a home delivery service even though my purchase was quite big and expensive. The home delivery is a big help due to my life conditions.

I had discount codes that didn't work…
I had discount codes that didn't work when I entered them. Even your site suggested discount codes I could use when mine didn't work but neither they work. I spent several days downloading your app, reinstalling the app and communicating with your customer service, but the only answer I got was that not all products are covered by the discount codes, but it is not stated anywhere which products apply. Not at great experience when I put so much time into my order and had to pay full price anyway in the end.
Update: I just received a response from LF customer service, who handled the matter very professionally. They took my feedback seriously and handled it really good.

Never had any problems with them
Never had any problems with them, delivery on time and the products are genuine. The only thing that I don't like is that their promo codes don't work sometimes. For example the code for 20% if you subscribe for their newsletter
