We have had a positive experience from Lots Road in the past but on a couple of occasions recently I have put in an online bid on items which have not been successful and within a few weeks the apparently same item with a very similar estimate have appeared again which is confusing. I have questioned this via a condition report but the response is fuzzy - it’s a similar item??

Absolutely fantastic service I received yesterday from Frey – and subsequently also from Paul and Dave.

I made an online enquiry about Sunday’s sale late on Sunday night, and Frey called me yesterday about the items, which I was then able to purchase and take away (with the excellent service and help of Paul and Dave), who packaged up the items (2 light fittings).

They were all extremely kind, polite and couldn’t have been more helpful. I look forward to many more interactions with Lots Road Auctions!

Collected some items my husband bought and Pj was very helpful and efficient and managed to lift the items him self as I have back problems and can’t do so myself, very loverly young man

I check the sale catalogue weekly and have found some wonderful decorative pieces along with some very well priced branded furniture and light fittings at a fraction of the new price. Excellent service from all the team and special thanks to Frey and PJ for all their assistance tracking down the successful bids and carrying out the heavy items to my car - always with a smile!
