Always great value and great service. This week bought a couple of rugs and porters Pad and Fray were so helpful.
I collected on the 5/6/2023 items I purchased at the Auction on the 4/6/3023. I was collecting a Minton dinner service. A team of four members of the Auction house(Patrick, Frey, P-J and Alex)went out of their way as they usually do to ensure that all the items were packed properly and put in cartons to avoid any breakage in transport. I wish to say thank-you to them for such a service.
Looking forward to more support when I next come to collect my goods after an Auction.
Thank-you

Great experience at Lots Road this week. Found a fantastic mirror for my design project. However, without the excellent customer service skills demonstrated by Frey and Tom - the purchase would not have taken place. Guys - thankyou for the 5* experience.

I sell all my antiques at Lots Road Auctions as well as it being my go-to for sourcing antiques to buy. Maureece in particular is always extremely helpful and professional, I wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 stars
I bought a set of 10 heavy din8ng chairs at auction. Frey, PJ and David were so helpful bringing the chairs down to me and helping with loading. What a friendly, helpful team. Thank you!
What a legendary auction house this is! I’ve been coming over 30 years. Fantastic buys, great staff, auctioneers and porters! Especially rate Maureece, manages the modern & contemporary sale room and the porters, Paul and Dave (who go above and beyond - I know)
I took an old wardrobe to Lots Road wanting to sell it after my dear old Brian left us, I must say I found the experience quite wonderful. I was met by a remarkable young chap Paul who carried the great big thing on his back, winking and joking as he took it in. I was then greeted by a rather handsome young man Andrew Mackay, who I think I recognise from the television. Oozing easy good looks and a warm smile, he was most charming, but alas he didn't want my wardrobe, telling me perfectly politely in smooth, dulcet, Edinburgh tone it would be good for a charitable donation instead. Shocked, I proclaimed 'but it's Stag!', but he wasn't moved, even by the revelation of such a prestigious furniture maker's name. Anyway, I happily donated it, glad to be rid of the old brown lump.
I'll be back next week with my aunt Maud's matching mahogany bedroom suite.
Highly recommended!
Andrew MacKay made my sofa purchase a dream - thank you!

Ever since moving to Chelsea I’ve really enjoyed popping into Lots Road to see the interesting array of items auctioning every week! Special shout-out to Patrick for always being welcoming and spending the time showing me around, I could not ask for better service.
I have shopped here numerous times over 20 years, and once sold with great success through them. They have a practical monopoly in their field and are not inexpensive but they do a five star job. Members of staff like Andrew Mackay and Tom Keverne are real experts in their field and always willing to help. I recently needed a piece of furniture to fit in a small space and Andrew Mackay was able to find me a beautiful antique Scottish Hall Chest which fitted where nothing else would.
Pleasurable visit to Lots road auctions. Found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and curteous. Dealt with Frey, outstanding service all round.
So many fabulous things that i wish i had a bigger house. We went there on Monday to view before the auctions began. Easy to register and easy to bid. Andrew MacKay was there to help us and even gave us some tips on how to bid.
Knowledgeable, helpful staff.
New to the auction business and found the staff a credit to the organisation. My father in law is downsizing and Andrew Maccay, in particular was wonderful in talking us through the process. His expertise and grace were very impressive!
I enquired about a mid century rosewood table and had really knowledgable and detailed advice from Andrew MacKay. Not only was Andrew thorough, professional with great customer service, but he had an individual and special quality, really knowledgable without being unapproachable. I really felt I would trust him, and do business with Lots Rd again. I have since recommended him to a number of people. I am new to the auction/bidding process but he made me feel comfortable in getting involved in the auction process and learning more about the items for sale. Brilliant and engaging customer service - an individual who cares about what he does and who was a pleasure to deal with.
As a customer of lots road ,I am always feel confortable dealing over there, really appreciate the professional help specially mr TOM KEVERNE, Frey and mr NICK CARTER, great place to do a business
