Rubish and time wasters
On their website it’s clear that all the UK taxes are paid. This is stated on the invoice as well however I just got an invoice from the carrier that I’ll have to pay vat and custom clearance for them to deliver

I purchased a Bell helmet for an amazing price. Delivery was very quick and I'm really pleased with the item. Way above expectations

Firstly the order process was very straightforward, delivery updates were frequent and the item arrived in the UK as expected. Unfortunately it incurred additional customs charges but Louis Motorrad's customer service was exemplary. In a couple of days, I was refunded the customs charges in full, super efficient. The item itself is top quality and we will certainly be using them again as you can absolutely shop with confidence with this company.

Ordered a tank bag which was despatched quickly, well packaged and reasonably priced. Didn't need the offered free return, but it gave me confidence that this was available.
