Goods have not been delivered, dispatched on 28-04-23 but not arrived. Tracking from DHL does not work. Requested to review shop so at the moment I am not impressed at all.

What's not to like!

Quick despatch, competitive pricing with excellent communication and tracking. This was my third order in recent weeks from Louis Moto and I have to say that the experience I have had has been excellent. I read some reviews indicating that some customers may have had issues with Customs/Importation Charges in the U.K. however I have not had these issues at all. Indeed I contacted Louis Moto in advance of placing an order and they responded very promptly and informed me of the procedures should Parcel Force have imposed any charges, to their credit Parcel Force delivered on time and without any charges. The Customs Declaration paperwork was secured on the outside of each package and I never had any problems. I certainly will be using the services of Louis Moto again.

I got a pinlock insert included which I didn't expect

Great communication & prompt dispatch. Import taxes included in the price which was overall very reasonable. Goods received were spot on. I would definately use Louis Mottorad again.

Top seller# I brought a speedometer on Monday and was in UK by Thursday was fast delivery and better when the customs hold the parcel demanding fees that I didn't need to pay you guys sorted it straight away! 100% will buy again

The chain oiler/cleaner you sell has a big flaw. The strap to hold the two parts closed doesn't fit, not by a long way!! It is not made of an elastic material so can not stretch to fit the retaining points on either side!!
You have not checked/tested this item prior to selling to the public.....shame on you!!!
