I ordered some items from here on 11th December 2025, two of which they contacted me to say were actually out of stock (despite still being listed as in stock on their website.) The third item I ordered immediately shorted after correctly inserting batteries, causing an unpleasant burning smell and melting the plastic around the battery springs into goop. I will soon be requesting a refund but not looking forward to this process judging by other reviews. I would strongly advise avoiding this store for your own safety as apparently they sell deadly fire hazard vibrators.

I ordered product once it eventually shipped the funds had already cleared the bank. And then mysteriously the product and tracking information disappeared.

Well I have been reading 📚 about this company and I have a feeling that I got SCREWED by lovegasm . So I think I will have to go to another store and get what I want 🙃 🙂 🤔 Finally got some of what I ordered the thumping vibratory. Used 1 time and won't turn off

RipOFF, their E-Stim is KRAP!!! Didnt work, spent $65, contacted them on several email which they responded. Wanted a video of the E-stim not work,which I did, the data was too large to attach and send back. Returned it that cost $60 UPS and they still havent returned not refunded me. RIP OFF. DONT buy from this company for ANY product

Photoshop pictures of items to hide that their products are cheap crap that they order from china to send to you, ships in non-discreet packaging, loose in a bag, and without any directions for use with more complicated items. Shameful scammers.

I always check TrustPilot before ordering online, but was so tired this time that I forgot to. I remembered barely five minutes after placing my order, and IMMEDIATELY requested cancellation.
They purposefuly took their sweet time answering to me, only to basically tell me "sorry, the order's already been dispatched :(". Weirdly enough, I don't believe they've somehow managed to dispatch it in less that five minutes. It clearly happened AFTER my cancellation request, and I'm also pretty sure that's not legal.
I might get in contact with a lawyer. Not only over the money ($143 is a lot to me, but it's fine, I'll survive), but over the sheer AUDACITY of lying to my face like this. Especially considering they keep sending me order update emails for an order I do not want, while still ignoring the ones I send them.
Anyone working for these people should be ashamed.

Purchased a “adult taser” I got a terrible cheap Chinese children’s toy taser that arrived broken, and showed up a week after their fake shipping tracker said it did.

Do not purchase any items from this company! I placed an order in April 2023. Two of the items did not work as described and could not be used. Was not able to return since they were opened. Company said they could try to do something if I sent video but I could not do that since it would be a violation of my privacy. One of the items in the order never shipped, the company acknowledged this, and still took over a month and half, and several emails from me to refund my money. I returned two other items and company initially tried to say that only one item was in the box. They said that they were trying to work out what to do about the remaining two items, since I pointed out that these items did not work as advertised and were pretty much junk. I have been receiving emails back and forth, some with great delay between them since April, but company sent me an email on 6/2 asking me to verify the refund amounts for the remaining two items. I responded the same day, and have heard NOTHING back since. I have sent many emails, asked for supervisor name for contact (they will not let you call) and still get no response. 26 days with no response. Company seems less than reputable. Do not waste your time.

This company is untrustworthy and scammers. I paid £150 for some of their products. They weren’t delivered and they won’t refund me. The courier admits they have received the package but will only deal with the supplier. Lovegasm won’t refund me till it is proven I can’t get the products. I have been trying to get my products or refund for 4 months

I ordered a Hitachi vibrator from them and sent me wrong one and faulty as well! It turns on and when you try to use the other button the vibrator stopped tried to start again and wont work. I emailed them for a replacement but they didn't reply. Poor customer service. Very disappointed that item ends up in a bin.

This so called company buys cheap goods from Ali Express and upcharges the items significantly. Really kicking myself for not shopping around more. On top of that, I've been awaiting the item for over 2 weeks with no updates. Not even sure if they ever sent the item or intend to send it. This company is a scam and if nothing else, just glad I learned my lesson and hope this review helps stop other people from getting tricked.

Pretty sure this is a scam. I ordered an item which arrived and didn't work. They sent out a another item which didn't work in the exact same way as the first.

Eventually after about 6 months I got a refund

Thieves! They send faulty products out to customers. And then make them go through the runaround to get a product that actually works. They wanted me to send a complete video of the product that doesn't work, how you can video something that doesn't work? They also wanted the original shipping container! Go to Pink Cherry instead! Pink Cherry is a great company! Make sure you go to Pink cherry! Don't waste your time with these thieves!

No information, no tracking, just wants you to download an app that doesn't have any info there either. The charge showed up on my credit card as some random machine shop in North Carolina, clearly a Chinese scam

Ordered a collar and a pair of cuffs from them for over $100 total. When they were shipped from China I became concerned and found them on AliExpress for 80% less, meaning this company just orders things on AliExpress and similar sites with your name and address and charges you an arm and a leg for the privilege of being scammed with cheap Chinese crap. Then they evade you when you try to start a return, they don't respond to emails. Their return policy requires you to email their sales department. Avoid this site at all costs, it's a scam. I'm now stuck with toxic cheap Chinese trash and am out $100.

Good finds, swift shipping, responsive customer service. This is my third time ordering, and so far, everything is nice.

They sell this vibrator that I can't find anywhere else, so I took a chance and ordered. Thankfully, the item arrived. This shop seems legit.

Product was nice, well-packaged and well-made. The ring of the collar was much larger than I thought it would be but still still nice. Need to return though because it is too small. Postage was very expensive, despite buying on lovegasm.uk the order came from the USA, meaning it will cost a small fortune to return.

I ordered from these scam artist 3 weeks ago I went to cancel order within 2 days they messaged me back saying I can’t cancel so I then asked how long til I receive my package and I still haven’t heard from them… Do not waste your time this site is a legit scam
