Do not buy from this company!! I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It took a month to get the product and when I received it, it was from China, cheap and poorly made and not even in any packaging. I received a battery operated item instead of rechargeable like I thought I had purchased, it is very misleading and their customer service is atrocious. I sent them several emails trying to get it resolved. They kept going in circles and never offered any help except a coupon code to order more crappy products. It says you can return items, but they would not give me a refund because I had taken it out of the “packaging” which was a piece of plastic wrapped around it. Stay far away from this company. I feel completely ripped off. Also, when I called their customer service phone, it was a number to something else. Very dishonest company.

The items will NOT ship from US. They’re 100% China. Take forever!!!
Two (out of 3) items didn’t arrive.
The item that arrived, was extremely cheap. And NOT what I ordered.

You might get lucky.
But definitely NOT worth the risk.

Buy from other reputable stores.

I made a purchase on February 24th, and I’ve been waiting a whole month for my package. It’s been sitting at Atlanta transport hub for 11 days now. Awful.

I have been waiting now 25 days for my item to arrive and still don’t know where it is. It has been sitting in some warehouse now for 4 days but who the hell knows where this warehouse is located. I have sent numerous emails to this company and all I get is the run around, but they had no problem taking my money. It was shipped from China to Hong Kong than to NYC and for some reason it was shipped back to LA only to be shipped back to NYC and now who the hell knows where it is!!!! DONT buy anything from them!!!!!

Be wary of what you order from this site. I placed an order at the end of February and received some items a month later, some are still not delivered. The untimely delivery and shipping is due to the fact, that items are shipped from China which is NOT mentioned on the website. Items received are cheaply made, lacking English instructions and do not match up with the description on the website.

Honestly, I ordered one thing, while having to wait for 14 days before it even arrived in the states (never would have ordered if known it took that long) I was emailing and referencing what I thought I ordered on the website, but they were oblivious that what was coming wasn't what I was talking about in the emails. Not sure how the wrong item got entered on the web site, but I know what I selected and what I paid for, and its not what I got! Of course their wording on the order is vague, so never could distinguish the difference. I could return the item, but wasn't going to waste my time and additional money on what I'm sure would be a fruitless venture do to their 30 day rule. Don't use them! Pricing is ridiculous, look elsewhere.

I purchased some nipple vibrator that were defective. I used new batteries and the item still didn't function properly. I informed lovegasm of the issue. They kept asking me to send videos after I gave descriptive information in what was occuring when I put batteries in. The are having me to jump through hoops for a damn refund of $45 bucks. Will not provide a return address of where to send. I will NEVER do business with them again. They do not stand by their products or advertisement. On the website it says you have 30 days for a return and refund. It didn't say anything about having to send videos and book reports in order to get it. Just bad business!!! Buyers beware! You better go to Adam and Eve.

They offer hassle-free shopping. I never had to move a muscle in the whole process. Except for my pelvic floor muscles. lol

All items that I ordered were delivered promptly. Generally, the sex toys they sell are nice.

This company is a scam and do not ship orders. They stole another website identity. They are located in India and are posting fake reviews. Please look up the names of all the fake reviewers and they don't exists. Unfortunately Trust Pilot allows company's to post there own reviews so trust pilot isn't legit either.

This store offers a wide range of sex toys you can think of, in all shapes and sizes. If you're looking for something that's made of a certain material, chances are, you can find it here. They have good value for money, too!

Terrible. I have been waiting for about a week and a half and they still have my order as “pre-shipment”, far from the 2 day processing and 2 day shipping they promise. There phone number is disconnected and I have sent numerous emails and they never reply. Go somewhere else! Don’t waste your time and maybe your money. I don’t know it I’ll ever get the item I ordered or my money back.

Scam dropshippers. You pay them, they order from alibaba/wish, then put your address in for you.

I ordered a set of beaded silicone sounding rods from them. The product DID NOT ship out within the amount of time advertised on their website, first of all.
Working for customer service and e-commerce drop ship companies in the past, I know for a fact that they have a capable write off allowance, but no one wants to answer the question of WHEN THE HELL CAN I GET REFUNDED FOR A PRODUCT I DO NOT NEED ANYMORE as my partner purchased a similar kit elsewhere for half the cost and it has already arrived, but their customer service email team can't answer simple questions. Don't order from them.

My package took over three weeks to arrive, and when I got it, it was broken in transit. Lovegasm sent me another (another 3-4week wait), but huge word of warning about their quality control!
