THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I PAID 4.99 FOR SHIPPING AND THEY SAID IT WOULD SHIP IN FOUR DAYS. ITS BEEN 17 DAYS AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN A TRACKING NUMBER! WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY SAID IT TAKES 7-14 DAYS TO RECEIVE THE ORDER!!!! I'M SO FED UP! I WISH I HAD SEEN THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED!

Nothing like being notified your two finger dildo was delivered to the front porch of a home in Orlando. How nice! I live in Michigan. ... been trying for over a month to get package. Like others say on here, they blame everything on COVID. They also claim things are coming from over seas. The two packages I did finally receive had NO OVERSEAS postmarks of any kind. Came from Alabama.

Scammers took my money and refuse to provide proof of shipping and won’t refund me

Very poor service. After ordering and receiving an odd tracking number, I emailed them twice to verify. No response. Two weeks later I receive an item that wasn’t what I ordered. And it had a sticky substance outside packaging. Would not recommend

horrible mailing experience, product was supposed to be here a MONTH ago. These people dont know what they are doing and blame everything on COVID. I have been patient for a MONTH, but enough is enough. Whatever the problem is, its not being sick. Do not order from these people if you want your product by a certain date, because they will tell you when it doesn't arrive, its YOUR fault for not reading the
multi page agreement. and then, when you try to leave your review.. suddenly things aren't working correctly.

Payed for 2 day shipping, it’s been 36 days and counting. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Legitimate Chinese business scamming Americans. DO NOT DO BUSINESS. If I could attach a photo of the parcel tracking you would believe me. 36 F****** Days

I ordered from this site specifically to avoid long shipping times and dealing with shady drop shippers. I saw they were US based so ordered right away.
Surprise surprise, my shipping notices show up from China. Thanks scumbags. I would have bought off Wish if I wanted to wait that long. And they had the audacity to charge for standard US shipping.
In hindsight there was one shipping option that basically said "shipping".
Do NOT order, go to the resellers directly if you want cheap crap shipped from across the globe, you'll at least get it at the cheap crap price there.

Definitely a scam. Very unethical business. Never got my order. They specifically write a huge long list of ’terms’ on their site in which they attempt to set up written terms that are meant to provide themselves with legal protections so that they are not accountable for anything.
Its unfortunate that no one had been able to take this business down. Hopefully some day they get sued and someone can win in court to bring them down, because they are committing fraud and stealing people’s money and getting away with it. Needless to say, don’t order from them unless you like handing over money to thieves. Any positive review you see is most likely a person in their company, because this company is a fraud.

So wish I had seen these reviews before I made my purchase. When I ordered, I did not receive an order email confirmation. That was my fist red flag. It’s been 2 weeks and I emailed them through the Contact Us link on their website. They answered back and said they will research my order and that they ship from US and Canada for US orders. They emailed again and said my order was dispatched to parcel. It was a very different type of tracking number than I’m used to seeing for USPS, UPS, etc. when I tracked it, it said it’s shipping from China and delivery within 22 days. So they lied to me in the email stating it was shipping from US or Canada. Their website gives no order information or shipping information. I’m very sorry that I ordered from this site!

This company is a scam. I paid 109.98 for a toy, took over two months to receive a little piece of bubblegum machine jewelry, and they do not reply back. The phone number they give is fake as well...it will ring twice and then give a busy signal...DO NOT GET TAKEN AS I WAS!!!

This company is a scam. I never received my products. I waited almost 3 weeks when I paid for 3-5 days shipping. I disputed this fraud company with my bank. They never responded to any of my emails. After further research I discover they are a fraud company in India that is illegally using another website name & logo to sell products as if they are the real company but they really are scammers. These low lives need there ass kick,

Scam scam scam, ordered my product over two weeks ago, sent me a phony tracking number, haven't received my product, took my money, cannot contact them as their phones are always "busy" and email address is not valid. so, do not shop here they will steal from you, and that is all, this person should be locked up for fraud, credit card fraud and petty theft on multiple account could be considered grand larceny.

Placed order on June 10th. And I have yet to receive items ordered. Than I find out items are coming from China which is nothing but complete nonsense. This is suppose to be a company based in America to begin with. I plan on disputing charges with my bank with hopes I get a refund? Otherwise, I’m out the money and I’ll never order from this place again.

Placed an order on April 27 the and still haven't received it. Had a delivery date of June 13 didn't come now it just says it's been in Chicago sine June 8th. Emailed several times keep getting the run around. I'm going to dispute the charges with my bank and report them for scam site. YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK

Scam, scam, scam!!!! Finally came across this website with these reviews and all the reviews that were written is what has happened to me! Placed 2 orders one on 5-9 and the other on 5-12. Still have NOT received either. Only after inquiring by email the status of my orders did I get a link with tracking numbers! Which both show that Both products were being shipped from China. No where on the website does it mention that their secondary warehouse was NOT in the US. Number listed on website to contact DOES NOT WORK!!! Tried calling multiple times!!! Never will I ever order from this website again!!!! Definitely feel like I’ve been scammed!!!! Next step is contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges! Will also be contacting BBB and FTC to report that this website is a scam! Should have done my research on website before placing my orders that now I’m out about $130!!!

Placed order on May 24, said they shipped it on the 25th. Website says shipping takes 3-4 days. 2 weeks later I email them & ask about my package and they tell me they were out of US stock and had to ship from their warehouse in China. Was never made aware of this & am extremely unsatisfied with my service. I would never order from this site again.

I purchased in march before covid issues. The website gives impression its a us company with us stock. The item is actually in china.

It took a month before it was shipped based on the tracking. Now for over 2 months its sitting in china. Yes covid makes shipping hard, but sad service answers or help on extremely long delay.

If I had known it was not in us stock I probably would not have purchased.

Until shipping returns to precovid times I would not buy from them if from us. Dont even take a chance it's in us stock.

Here is all I got for answer after waiting 1 month to start shipping and 2 months more waiting it stuck in china...
