They're a fraud and scam. I have waited for my order for 4 months, sent more than 20 emails to their customer service, and they kept asking me to wait, never received my order or money. Very very negative experience, zero customer satisfaction, and no morale they have.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Never received my purchase. First time I ordered it was okay, but now second time I never received my purchase, it's been 2 months now and nothing in the mailbox.
Since they dont have a policy refund in case customers dont get what they paid for they do sweet NOTHING.
Not worth it, there's a lot of better online shop of that kind.

I just got my parcel and the batteries and the the item has corroded

This is a scam site. Tracking information is false and leads to nothing. It is a UK site? It's not. It's a scam site and I've lost £109... avoid!

All of their products are literal Chinese knock-off junk and worth nowhere near their prices. Avoid these guys and their many other similar sites like lustplugs.com. Customer service is also extremely unhelpful.

I ordered on 3rd October. My order has come on 29th December. The product I received does not look like the image either. I read the bad reviews but thought I’d give the site a chance as the product I was ordering could not be found elsewhere. Please save your money and go to love honey or bondara.

Ordered back in November, they said it has been delivered this week which it hadn’t. They have given me a Royal Mail tracking number and told me it’s my problem to sort out. Contacted Royal Mail and they said that the tracking number is invalid. This is a scam business and I have been robbed and am now £30 lighter and the victim of a crime

Ordered product, they charged credit card, said it shipped, waited 3 weeks and never arrived. Contacted them and was told order was cancelled 1 week after order supposedly shipped. Haven't got a refund yet. Told me they are checking on it. Go somewhere else where you actually get what you order

The wrong item was shipped. I’ve written an email requesting a refund, so I’ll see if they find a way to rectify the situation, but it’s disappointing to spend money, wait for an item to make its way through customs (ships from China) only to open the box only to find out you got the wrong thing. My email included photos of the order number, a link to what I ordered, and a picture of what was received, so it should be pretty easy to review. I’m hoping it was just a mistake, but judging by some of the reviews, this sounds like a common occurrence.

Edit: Increased my rating from 1 star to 2. I contacted Lovegasm and they’re offering to ship a replacement for free. They responded pretty quickly. Still disappointed that the wrong item was shipped, I’ll give them credit for their response so far.

Edit 2: Back down to a 1 star. Still no replacement shipped and customer service is now unresponsive. Do not shop here.

Misleading products
The desciption of the toy I bought made it seem electronic and I could even choose the color of my toy, but the color choice was actually for the wrapping paper that gets immediately thrown away. No electronic, no buttons. Took 3weeks of no tracking updates and then it was just in my mailbox.
I'm never buying from these guys again. Hope I can get a refund or something. I'm sooooooo disappointed!

Bought 2 products on the 5/9. 1 arrived quickly from China but the other hasn’t arrived even though tracking says it left on the airplane on the 13/9.

10 days later, When I realised the tracking hasn’t changed I contacted them and they said to give them 1-2 weeks to chase it up.

It has now been a month and they can’t even tell me why the parcel hasn’t reach Aus customs even though it has left on a plane. Demanded a refund as it’s obviously lost but company refused to admit that it’s lost and told me to give them another 1-2 weeks again to chase it up!

Don’t buy from them as anything goes wrong, they will just stall you.

Company is NOT based in Australia, they are based in China. Do not order. Order tracking is super dodgy with three seperate tracking numbers for a two piece order.

Item arrived in less than a week, but the customer service is horrible. They sent a glass toy with a scratch on it, and when I emailed and sent them pictures they claimed they couldn’t see the scratch even when it was pointed out twice. Glass toys are unusable with scratches or chips so beware, you may get sent an item you’ll never be able to use without any replacement or compensation. Go to Lovehoney, their customer service is much better and they have better quality items. I could tell the item I bought was an icicles knockoff but I bought it anyway. Complete waste of time and money.

Beware they try to stall you sent wrong item will not refund or take item back lies false advertisement on products offer you a discount on next purchase why would I do business with them again phone disconnected BEWARE BEWARE F rating on BBB site go somewhere else

Lovegasm sent me a wrong item. They won’t accept it was their mistake. Even though I have showed them my order.
Still they state it’s my fault.
Will be reporting them to the trading standards. And small claims court to get my refund. Not an honest company.
Don’t buy from them. They won’t take responsibility when things go wrong.

I ordered 2 products on the 11th of June? As of today I got one of them. So
First things first as someone who orders a lot online, this wasn’t a problem. The website was nice and flashy and the massive inventory got me excited! So I went through everything, I picked out about 5, ordered two. On the 13th I received an email saying one of the products was out of stock, so I assumed they were like “hey pick something else so we can ship them together” so I picked another one, out of stock. Again. So this went on the whole week from what seemed to be an automated emailer. I picked at least 5 other ones and they were out of stock. By this point I’m aggravated, so I asked what was the deal and sent them 3 other choices. I decided to have a gander at the reviews and they were all trash. I sent another email asking for a full refund, and before they replied, I received another email saying the one item shipped-.- so I decided to just keep it and get partial refund for the other. I received an email saying one of my other choices was out of stock was actually in stock so I said OK just send that THEN THEY SAID IT WAS OUT OF STOCK AGAIN?! Don’t be deceived by their catalog, I’m sure at least 80% of the items on the site are sold out. So I kept checking tracking for the first product, it said unavailable for at least a week, I’m assuming they didn’t wanna give me the full refund so they just said it was shipped but wasn’t. Now today is the 25th, package arrived, sure enough like other reviewers, product was poorly wrapped in just bubble wrap in a small envelope wrapped in tape. I opened it up and it seemed like someone threw it in a backpack with razors then preceded to re-dip it in their “silicone” for added effect? Almost looks used. The smell is terrible and so is the material, doesn’t seem or smell or feel like silicone. The suction cup is deformed and won’t stay put. I’m honestly scared and probably won’t use this product.
As someone who never does reviews and buys a lot from independent online shops, this should tell you about the company. All the 3 star and up are bots if you can’t already tell. Please don’t buy from this company.
