Terribly late delivery. After 2 weeks still no trace of the parcel
Terribly late delivery. I ordered in 1 December, was sent in 2 December, and they told me I will receive it Latest by: 10 December 2025. Now is 17 December and no trace of the parcel.
Definitely you have to reconsider your logistic partners or you increase your predicted delivery time from "latest by 10 December' to "delivery beetwen 10 and 25 December".
I suppose your credibility is important for all your clients, not just for me.

I bought the item from love honey.eu the item was shipped from the UK and I ended up incurring a 21.22 EUR fee for taxes and processing. This was unfortunate as I really love the shop and products.
