Needing an epc for the sale of my late mums house I was shocked at the cost I was quoted so went looking for a more sensible price. Through a search engine I found low-cost epc, apprehensive at first I needn't have been. Very efficient very helpful and friendly.

Where can I start. The assessor was nice and prompt. I asked for a cash price and was stated £35.00 in total. The gentleman known as Chris at their office demanded their referral fee of £14.95. I asked the reason for this since it was paid in cash. He argued with strong loud tone and extremely rude. Laughing at the background. extremally Rude. If you want to feel humiliated then by all means please feel free to go with these guys.

When I asked for a cash payment I clearly stated to the assessor that my card is blocked and happy to pay in cash. I asked the questions how much in total he answered £35.00 no mention of referral fee. The referral fee is fully paid. Also I did enquire for many companies at the time of request.

Chris who works for this company and potentially the owner of this company sent out an intimidating email of me slandering his own. Threaten to take me to county court and potentially sending out a country court form by midnight without consideration to CPR set by the county courts. Absolutely a shamble. I have rated their service based on what has actually taken place. Conversation is recorded and will endeavour to give this to trust pilot. I found hun rude and talk all over you. Threatens. Has no manners and no decency whatsoever. Was happy to remove the feedback should he had apologised. Counter claim will be made against this gentleman for stress and inconvenience. I have also referred the matter to the police as I felt threaten by his tone of voice over the phone. Any further communication other than what is specified by CPR OF COUNTY courts will be deemed as anti-malistation and will ask my legal representatives to place an anti molestation charge against him. It’s absolutely bizarre having to write this and substantiating whatever has happened. Please get a grip over your emotions and move on with your life. Hopefully this feedback would teach you a lesson of how to speak to customers with respect.
