I placed my order and within a few hours I had a call to acknowledge receipt from a human being, Chris...!
During this call I was told what to expect next. I was then provided the details of the agent carrying out the EPC via email.
The EPC agent then called to arrange a convenient date and time to suit me. My report was ready with two days of placing my order. I would highly recommend this service to anyone seeking an EPC report on their property.
