Lowdhams absence of customer service
Our (new) Hymercar Yellowstone had a window seal become detached within a couple of months of owning. I emailed Lowdhams in August about this. They said that is was indeed a warranty issue. Five months later and still
nothing. Surely this must be unacceptable?

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you have had no one contact you re: your warranty claim.
Having spoken to the Huddersfield aftersales department, they are liaising with the parts department regularly to get updates on the status of your claim. We are still waiting for the parts to arrive from Hymer, but we are doing all we can to move this along.

Terrible Service, They don't care
I purchased a brand new motorhome from Lowdhams, it was a great experience until I actually collected it. In under a week I had contacted them with a list of faults. The van was booked in to be looked at a few months later. Before this date The lists of faults grew longer and longer. And the van became unusable. The van was leaking badly, it was actually raining inside the van. When I returned the van Staff were rude and one member of staff even refused to look at the van. I rejected the van and lodge a complaint. Now Lowdhams have an official complaint procedure, with their policy put down in writing, but they even seem unable to follow this. They don't up date or contact the customer. The van was my only vehicle, but Lowdhams were happy to leave me stranded and without transport. Lowdhams have arranged for the van to be returned to the manufacture, but I will have to wait 6-7 months for it to be fixed. Lowdhams seam to think that this is acceptable. I have been left with no choice, but to seek legal advise.
