Great service from Tony Dyson and colleagues at Lowdham's in Huddersfield. Really helped us choose the most appropriate caravan for our needs. One of the best features of this company is the after sales service. Particularly the technical telephone help line if you are stuck with anything in your new caravan. Would highly recommend.

Bought my motorhome from lowdhams after doing my research online, visited a couple of times to begin with and with no pressure was given some good advice on births against seatbelt ratios. After our fifth visit we had made our mind up and was taken through the process of purchasing our motorhome by Matty Booth. Jovial aimable fellow who did what he said he would with everything on time. Just had our first weekend adventure away. Brilliant

Pleased with deal but nothing more, handover bad as videos did not work and nobody interested in showing us. After sales appalling, nobody returns calls in sales or service. Frankly once they have secured the sale it’s of no interest to Huddersfield customer service. This is my second purchase and my last

Very happy with sales dept. Great caravans at great prices. A good experience. Unfortunately after sales not so good. We had to return the van for work doing. Unfortunately it was locked up for the 3 months for the lockdown. 5 weeks on we still haven’t had the work done.

Fabulous service received from Richard McEwan at Huddersfield branch of Lowdhams.

After purchasing a caravan at the NEC in Birmingham in October 2019, we were excited to get our new van in April 2020. What we hadn’t been told at the show is that after 3 months, Black Horse will do a further check on your credit agreement and for some unbeknown reason ours came back short of what we needed. Richard took full ownership of this and due to the delay of the delivery because of Covid, he needed to do a further application which came back fine. Richard kept us informed all along and was great when we needed to have a rant. We are now away in our gorgeous van in Scarborough, thank you so much Richard for all your help :-)

The Chausson 640 Titanium was our first motorhome and we got good advice and support in the purchase including regular updates on progress of our order as a result of delays arising from CV19.
The instructional video for the MH was a sensible way to lodge the important user information.

She really could not do enough, always phoned with updates and resolved any of our concerns, thankyou very much, we would highly recommend.

Was a little disappointed with the accessory department, we tried to purchase a new awning but got told the department was too busy and to sort it another day.

Introduction to caravan was done initially by video which was helpful and we were able to go back to it later.
Intros on the day were thorough and questions were answered well throughout.
We are very pleased with the service.
