buying our caravan from Lowdhams was a first class experience all the way through. Nothing was too much trouble & considering the time we are living through with covid 19 they went the extra mile to keep us up dated with what was happening. The hand over of our new van was a new experience for us as it was a visual experience & it worked really very well indeed showing us in detail all the points that we needed to know..
Full marks to Lowdhams as far as we are concerned.

We have just purchased a caravan with Lowdhams. All the staff were great and our experience was stress free. Once we had chosen our caravan, Callum went through the paperwork with us, made sure we had a suitable car to tow it, and answered all of our questions. The staff in the shop were really knowledgeable and helped us to choose the best awning and accessories for our requirements. Social distancing was adhered to at all times. The handover was completed by use of instructional videos which we can keep and will be great to refer back to as and when. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This is the third time we have bought a caravan from Lowdhams and we are very happy. The sales staff are very helpful and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience. We bought our caravan when they first opened after lock down. We had an appointment to view and felt very safe and Callum was very good opening up the caravans we wanted to look at.
When we went to pick the caravan up we were looked after and Callum and Richard made us two videos so that we could see everything working. It was pouring down but Callum made sure we hooked up and saw everything working. He never rushed us even though it was pouring down. We would definitely recommend them.

As good as could expected under difficult conditions

Considering the difficulties imposed by Covid-19 the team at Huddersfield did a great job getting my caravan ready for handover. Apologies when they forgot to include the Bailey brush and pan and the Lowdhams hitch cover!

Looking forward to using it - hopefully from July.

Honest and friendly staff, always willing to go the extra mile for you. Only reason not giving 5 starts is due to the "So Called Valet", but this is subbed out so not really Lowdham's but never the less needs sorting, found several items not removed from cabinets such as cotton buds etc and some dust on items and black marks on cupboards which came off with a bit of elbow grease and a flash wipe, so not as thorough as I would of expected.

Considering the limitations due to restrictions caused by guidelines and virus lowdhams personal have managed the situation extremely professionally.

An excellent experience from start to finish. We purchased our caravan at the Manchester caravan show and were due to collect it just as Lockdown started. The Lowdhams Team (Huddersfield) and Emma in particular have been excellent. Emma kept us informed every step of the way and ensured all our questions and requirements were dealt with in a timely, friendly but professional manner. It was so nice to have one person we could contact, which ensured consistency and the personal touch! Emma was always professional, approachable and always willing to go the extra mile, she is an asset to the company; even when Swift supplied the wrong lock for our new caravan she had a new lock delivered to us the next day (in less than 24hours). We have no hesitation in recommending Lowdhams to anyone thinking about buying a caravan. Well done & thank you Emma & Lowdhams

My first visit to Lowdham was just prior to lockdown, when purchased a new Caravan. All the paperwork was completed. The salesman was most helpful. Sadly the date for collection agreed came after the lockdown. At the first opportunity I was informed as to your lockdown was to be lifted and an appointment agreed. The handover was well organised and all went very smoothly, thanks to several members of the sales team. Well done to all. Thank you.

Excellent service from Mathew he really is a cracking lad.

He got us free tickets for the Motor home show in Birmingham in November last year and showed us around the different choices of motor homes available, any questions we had he answered instantly with great knowledge.

We decided on the motor home for us and he sorted everything including a Px on one we bought from Lowdhams in Huddersfield 18 months previously.

Having now picked up our motor home after months of delay because of the corona virus we are totally happy with our choice and can not recommend Mathew and the team at Lowdhams in Huddersfield enough.

Would have been 5 stars, but after I got the new motorhome back, I found several minor issues that should have been picked up during PDI which I have corrected. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with Lowdhams and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

This firm makes every effort to accommodate the needs of its customers. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had complicated and inconvenient collection requirements, which Lowdham's managed perfectly and with a smile. We had a very pleasant representative assigned to dealing with our purchase. Having had the same person dealing with us from start to finish made a significant positive difference to the whole experience; thank you, Callum. You were as helpful and personable as anyone could have been. Actually the whole sales team was pleasant and helpful. A caravan purchase is expensive and it was nice not to have been endlessly love bombed by pushy people keen to make a sale. Our preliminary questions were answered honestly; cons were explained as candidly as pros. If you're thinking of buying a caravan, you could do a lot worse than starting by checking out Lowdham's Leisureworld.

We have just bought a Caravan and a new Awning from Lowdhams in Huddersfield. Our experience with all the people we dealt with was very helpful and friendly.

Emma, our sales representative was fantastic. She Was so patient and guided us through it all in a confident and very friendly way.

Thanks also to Steve & Ben in the Awning department for good customer service. Steve spent time making sure we got the right awning for our needs.
