Parcelforce lost my parcel from L&S. Jade from L&S sent out a replacement. Mower now working again. Good service and communication from L&S, thanks. (One star for Parcelforce).

Absolutely dreadful, they sold me a part then told me it was out of stock and a backlog on orders, awful company, extremely unprofessional

Very pleased with the customer service; I wanted a bunch of parts for a chainsaw but needed help identifying the correct bits on the website. Very helpful staff responded to my email with a list of the links I needed for the relevant bits. Delivery was quick, but unfortunately one part was for the wrong type of carburettor; I emailed them on the Monday p.m. and by 10:30 Tuesday had a replacement.
I'm only giving four stars though because their website is really not helpful - it's really hard to search for parts for a particular make/model. Just using Google seems to work better and identifies bits I couldn't find using the built-in search. I suspect L&S are probably losing sales becuase people can't find bits which are actually in stock - do yourselves a favour and get the website improved!

Needed just a small part for my honda mower. Blown up diagram showing the part in situ ,numbered and priced. Ordered Friday received Saturday and it is perfect. JOB DONE. Excellent, thanks. A definite recommendation

Great service from this Company. Obscure Kawasaki parts can be ordered which take a little time to arrive but through no fault of the Company as they come from abroad. Excellent service and great communication, highly recommended,

Superb service ordered parts which were cheaper than anywhere else and they came next day. Courteous and very helpful. Would definitely use them again.

Sold me a brand new briggs and stratton engine where I couldnt take the plastic engine cover to fit se parts they had sent with the engine.

Played email ping pong tried to speak to someone other than the office sales staff and loads of promises to ring me back and noone did
Losts of spurious claims saying all they got was my voicemail which I dont have turned on.
Now im huntingbround for a loxal distibuter to fix it for me despite this being only a few days old.

The experience when taking my money was great, after that not so good.

Brilliant service as the Royal Mail lost them jiffy envelope with 2 roller pins for a lawnmower in it. Fantastic team at L&S have resent the items by courier with no charge - so grateful and cannot recommend the service highly enough.

Have been ordering parts from L&S, typically they are at a good price, service is prompt and generally finding the part name / number is easy by following the diagram function. Phew!

Very good customer service. Had an issue with the delivery and received quick clear and excellent feedback from Amy. Thank you for showing us that it is possible to have good customer service, it is rare.

Would highly recommend L&S Engineers. Called 4pm Wednesday for a part, it came by 9:40 Thursday morning!! Advisor was really helpful and the price was great will absolutely be using them again when we need more :)

Spot on after sales service.

Ordered parts that came quickly and well packaged, one part was wrong and they sent out the right part FOC the same day, well impressed with that, very helpful & will use again!

Was looking for a part for my Makita sds drill and found the item with this company and was the cheapest by far. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Fantastic service and fast delivery.

Parts arrived Wrong

ordered from L&SENGINEERS yesterday at 3.45pm arrived today 8.00am 12 hours fifteen minutes from speaking to Lauren to delivery at my house. Amazing.

Made my order which I considered to very reasonably priced and was pre warned that a delay could be expected due to postal strike action. The order turned up the following morning, which surprised me no end. Very pleased with the service and delivery and will be using L&S in the future.

Ordered strimmer line and it was promptly dispatched.
Genuine part at a good price.
