What a fantastic company, not only do they stock just about every part imaginable, it’s delivered in a flash. I was missing an item from a recent order; no dramas just sorted. Thanks L&S.

This is a great company I’ve use on numerous occasions without issue. Unfortunately this time there was an issue with my order, price I was charged was inflated by 400% ??? Sophie in sales couldn’t have been less helpful.
Won’t use again.

What i like about this company is the fact they seem to be able,to source everything you need, and also they have a lower postage rate, of below a couple of quid, for the odd screw etc required, and always seem to dispatch pretty sharpish as well

My go to supplier of anything to do with small engines , lawn mowers , strimmers , cement mixers , etc etc
Mind blowing amount of spare parts to order , with really helpful part diagrams
Very reasonable postage charges

Phoned up on Thursday 3 March to order parts for chain saw. I was told by a rude girl on the phone I needed part codes and that she would have to look these up and call back . Never phoned back never said hello or thank you just so RUDE.

Good consistent service. Have used before and always my first choice for Stihl spares, parts etc. Had a couple of very specific queries and was answered quickly by a very helpful lady. Delivered promptly and always well priced.

So refreshing to deal with a company that comes up with the goods every time. L&S have always managed, without fuss, to quickly provide me with the parts that other companies couldn't.

I spoke to one of the guys on Friday evening who helped me identify the model of my Makita hammer drill. I ordered the parts (£6.69 inc postage). Parts arrived following Wednesday and fit perfectly.
Can not recommend them enough. Brilliant staff prompt deliver and all at a very affordable price.

Ordered a Stihl part from elsewhere only to have the order cancelled on me a couple of days later. Ordered same part from L&S. It arrived the following day, even with the standard delivery option. Excellent service, thankyou.

I did have some issues with parts for my viking mower but this turned out to be Stihls problem. Ended up fixing the mower with some mdf axel retainers because the replacements just smashed off.

I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. I Needed a replacement part for a Makita angle grinder and they were the cheapest I could find for it. Postage was reasonable and the part arrived within 2 days of ordering. I’d definitely order from them again

I found L&S engineering while looking for a replacement Gear Ring for my old cement mixer bought 25 years ago from Wickes. I ordered the gear and some bearings, as they may be on there way out.
Within 24 hours the parts arrived by parcelforce and i was able to fit in the afternoon. Great service

great when parts arrive , however will tell you al in stock then on only half the parts will arrive , you will then have to wait more time for them to arrive , even when you checked stock first .

Spent a lot of time trying to find o rings for my pressure washer, this was the only place I could find them.

Rapid service, but new chain teeth were blunt, unable to cut more than 3 stumps. Odd.
