I have just received my first delivery from L&S Engineers. I needed some spare parts for my Stihl chain saw, and was impressed by the L&S website. It has loads of equipment support information, and the clear photos of the components provided confidence when ordering. The on-line process was slick, with a speedy confirmation of my order.

The well-packed items arrived promptly via Royal Mail 48.

I'm really impressed by the top quality service and will definitely be buying again from L&S.

Can not fault this company at all. I have ordered a few times now and the service has been excellent.

Ordered some screws recently from their website only when I contacted 5 days later was I told they weren't in stock and wouldn't be for another month .
I wasn't impressed - I was waiting patiently for these to complete a job.
I have asked to cancel, waiting to see if I'm refunded ....

A big thank you to L&S engineers, especially Kay on customer service. I recently orders a few parts for a Makita table saw. There was some payment problems that were quickly rectified. Two of the parts they had in stock arrived the day after order was confirmed, the third they didn't have in stock. I was informed it would take a while to arrive, due to Christmas being around the corner, It arrived two days after my order was placed. I will certainly be using you guys again in the future, and will recommend to anyone in need of parts. Thank you very much guys and Happy Christmas.

I ordered a part for my Makita chainsaw late on Tuesday afternoon, it arrived Thursday morning. Superb service for an obscure part, and a re-useable jiffy envelope. Perfect service.

Superb customer service!
Due to some confusion on my part regarding a Honda engine fitted to my plate compactor, I had ordered the wrong parts because the engine cover wasn't the original cover and I never realised different Honda engines use trim and recoil covers that can fit others in their range. Luckily under the old hardened cement and grime, I could see actual engine serial number which meant the company could send the right parts - which they did at really short notice on a Friday afternoon after five pm. The staff went beyond the call of duty to get my machine up and working again. Outstanding customer care and service. I will definitely use them again.
