Although only ordering a silver chain my order was dealt with promptly and always kept informed. The chain is beautifully presented and I am pleased with the item. An aside ,Royal mail took a week to deliver from despatch, by 48hr track.

I popped into a local jewellery shop a few weeks back as I really wanted to buy 3 necklaces in different lengths to make a tier effect.
Everything I saw was pretty much standard & nothing stood out, until I came across Lucy’s collection.
I chose three gorgeous necklaces that are so well made & ‘different!’
What I really like is that you can adjust the lengths on them so no matter what I wear, I can wear all three together or an individual piece & just adjust to suit my outfit.

I purchased the Remembrance Poppy…
I purchased the Remembrance Poppy Pendant and it arrived, as required, the next day. There was an issue with the Pendant, missing a couple of the tear drops. I contacted Customer Services. My call was quickly answered and professionaly handled. I asked how I should return the damage item and told to keep it, another was being dispatched to me that day. The following day I received the replacement.
