These people are scammers. I did no due diligence and feel like a fool. I ordered a robot hoover. After waiting longer than the maximum promised delivery time I checked the tracker. It showed as returned. It was in China. There was no communication to this effect. I asked for a refund and after a couple of days I got a mail saying a refund was not possible because it was on its way. Lots of emails back and forth, then weeks later it arrived. Meanwhile I’d raised a claim with the credit card company. The package was heavily damaged. There was no free gift worth £30 they promised at checkout. I asked repeatedly for a UK return address and eventually they said I had to return it to China. This despite a UK return address being on the package I received. Returning to China seems impossible with restrictions on sending anything with a battery. Even if possible it would have cost about £100. Just don’t know what to do now! Send to the UK return address? They threaten civil action if not sent to the specified address as my credit card company has refunded. Nightmare company. Avoid like the plague.

Within 5 minutes of ordering and realising the uk address they give is false. I sent a message to cancel order.

I should have done my due diligence. Everything the other reviewers are saying is true. This is a scam do not touch.

Trade as a UK company but are actually use dropshipping company.

We ordered a sewing machine and were charged £85.
After 3 weeks a toy sewing machine arrived from china. This machine can be purchased from other sites for £12.99

Firstly, I must say I ordered from this company without carrying out the usual due diligence, and when I subsequently read some reviews I was worried that I would not see my item. However, the reality is that my item did arrive around 3 weeks after ordering. It seems to be as described but time will tell. I have only given three stars because the website leads customers to think the company is in UK, however, it is in China, hence the longer delivery times. (and possibly problematic returns if faulty) Also, they have what I now know to be fake review sites giving what seem to be independent reviews but link only to the Lumyy website. For example there are reviews for 4 different projectors but the purchase link is connected to just the one projector on the Lumyy website. Like I say, I didn’t do my research prior to ordering.
In summary, I did get my item but time will tell if it is any good.
Edit… now I have had time to evaluate the projector I definitely am of the opinion that this site scams people into purchasing items which are nowhere near the quality of the description or the linked reviews. The returns procedure is such that, unless the item price is considerable, then it’s not worth the cost and effort. I will put this down to experience and ensure in future that I carry out the due diligence that I usually do. I let my guard down this time and paid the price. I have re graded my score from 3 stars to 1 star.

Save your money and don’t bother, excuse after excuse and no real engagement as to why a non delivery. Requested a full refund and you get excuses and go into a continuous loop. Avoid.

This website uses false contact details. They list an address for a different company who I have since contacted to let them know and I've reported to action fraud.
I wanted to return a faulty doorbell but every reply I received was a generic response. All products sent from abroad and no where near the build quality you'd expect for the prices you pay. The website is .co.uk but is not a UK company and not listed on Companies House.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Not happy with this company still waiting for m7 hoover to be delivered, despite numerous emails to them, they do not answer and eventually when do told issue with courier, I am going to contact credit company about them.

Rubbish company stay well away they are scammers, they don’t reply to emails and you can never get a refund,

I also think this company is a scam. I ordered a steam iron on the 30September 2025. I emailed company as still not received and was advised that there were problems at the warehouse and with the courier but was assured the iron was in its way despite the fact that on checking the tracking number it said the order was still being processed and not in transit and was coming from China and not the U.K. I have requested that the order be cancelled and be given a full refund but as yet not received a reply.
