I was using this bank succesfully to trasnfer money for my travel but then suddenly they locked everything requesting some docuemnts. After providing full documents package and explanation my account is still locked for mor than a week (10 days). And there's no response from support after multiple messages to them!

I am so happy to have discovered Lunar. Easy app to get the overview I need, and very serviceminded support and customer service . I was just going to test Lunar for a short period, but I find it better than my regular bank. Now I will continue my relationship with Lunar. A relation that also provide me with EuroBonus points.

Great bank and the perfect card for people that like to travel. This is the only card I’m using when travelling. Lovisa and the rest of the customer service team are always there and ready to assist you when issues arise. Great card and great customer service!

I prefer simplicity in almost everything. Lunar is something I accidentally sign up for waaay back (Pun Intended). But happiest accident of my life. Simple, informative and great interest rates. It's become my daily banking app.

As a Norwegian resident with a personal identification number and Bankid, I applied to open a Lunar bank account. After waiting for a few days, they wanted statements from all my bank accounts for the last 3 months.
I uploaded everything. And I waited and waited, then a message came through the chat asking why I live where I live, that I have to explain why I live at the address that I have officially in the national registry...
I replied and even after 5 days there was no response or account opening.
So the 10-day deadline for opening an account has not been met.
Communication terrible.
And finally, when I wrote to other employees, after 12 days of waiting, I received a rejection message that they would not open an account for me. After a shameful investigation and special words about my place of residence, they rejected the application to open bank account .
No modern digital bank does this. Not even a normal physical bank.
These methods do not belong in the 21st century!

I really love how easy it is to use, and the AI-support is so fast and easy to use. Really helpful!
My only wish is, when using the card, the SAS eurobonus would effect the level of membership at SAS. But it doesn’t.. It only collect the points without increasing the level.
All in all: a great bank and APP.
Cards are nice and it also supports ApplePAY.
Keeps up the with interest% like other banks on savings.
10/10. A++

They have a easy app to learn about how to use it. It took me about 5 minutes to know how to transfer money and even order a bank card (even though they have also an virtual card). And even to get the card in to my ApplePay wallet was easy. Without Lunar I think I would still have to have a physical card to pay for things. Now I don’t need that. Thanks to Lunar

My husband and I were clients of Lunar in Denmark and it was very good experience all the way so after some time suffering with "early 2000 bank experience" in SpareBank we needed a lot an easy, transparent, flowing, human and client oriented everyday banking. That's why we back with Lunar.
Huge plus that makes it all easier is that Lunar has some trully quilified, professional and involved agents that you can reach in one easy call.
We had some drawback, I called and Marlen attended the call. She not only fixed the inconvenient created by others by mistake in the same call, she made a message follow up explaining step by step what is need to be done from our part and resolved everything else withing a day.
Such a resolution, professional, efficient, personal, super fast, very polite and positive attitude as hers is what everyone expects in banking but get quite rarely unless you are premium client.
Will stick again with Lunar for my day to day banking.
