Very user friendly and easy to use, although the lack of ability to add my account to Vipps or use instant transfer makes it inconvenient to receive funds.

My name is gjertrud johanna notland. I downloaded the lunar app application and everything was going well, I even loaded money into it. I wanted to create a digital card and shop from an online store, but 3 d secure does not work. I tried almost 7 or 8 different online stores, but 3 d security does not work, so I am waiting for lunar to fix itself. It is a very bad scenario, I think it is because of the new updates, lunar visa digital cards do not work.... There are no restrictions on my account and my cards are active, but I cannot shop from online stores because 3 d secure does not work.

I got quick help and they are answering all av my stupid questions. Keep up this good service.
At first it was impossible to find phone and email to support. Internal messages disd not work. I had to phone Lunar Denmark to get these details. Since then it has been great.

Excellent customer service. We received prompt and clear responses from the agent named Philippa. We didn’t had to explain the issue a lot, the agent quickly understood the issue and got us a resolution.

In their fight for profitability after buying the customers with 4% interest rates on deposit accounts, now they closed down this type of account and locked this only to the ones that needs to pay for the monthly subscription. The limitation of only moving 100k nok per day is also not good once you want to pay bills and move money to invest in other products.

It’s risky to hold large amounts of money with Lunar, as they can freeze your account without warning, demanding you to explain the source of the funds. This practice can make you feel unjustly treated, almost as if you're being accused of wrongdoing. Instead of providing a simple notification, their approach seems questionable and could be considered a violation of proper procedures.
