They are acusing customers with pure lies! They are threatening with police and are rapporting customers who want to take out cash to the police! They are blocking your account if you take out cash and they are forcing you to proove what you are spending your cash on! They hold your money from you to steal it! They are also violating human rights of deciding yourself if you want to take out, and use cash!

KEEP AWAY! SCAM BANK!

Been using Lunar for couple of years now. I can only praise the best customer support ever and extremely fast and capable app. Never had issues and when I did need some help, they were quick to provide it. I wish I could do ALL my banking solely through them :)

As per policy changes occurred in 2024 the bank only approves savings from a specific savings account and has zeroed all interest rates on all other accounts unless you are a paid customer. The interest rate is still strong, but it takes away the whole niche in this company. Therefore I have changed the scoring as it now is only a good company for debit card for free and some possibilities to trade stocks and crypto but for high costs...

Lunar Bank has become the best digital solution for bank savings and daily transaction services!

Not only are they the most aggressive competitor for traditional banks who refuses to give their customers a proper interest rate, but they are also in my opinion the best day to day bank for regular purchases and transactions! With 0 fees for a digital AND a physical card they really have put themselves on the map in the banking sector.

If you also want to avoid extreme fees for using your card abroad a one month subscription on their premium card and account service is MUCH cheaper than the percentages regular banks puts on your cards transactions abroad. It also includes a great travel insurance which can come in handy! Your significant other or travel companions can also gain access to a shared banking account where you can store funds like fmyour vacation account funds.

All in all a top competitor to traditional banking! It's a no brainer to become a customer.

First time in my life bank account got blocked. Be careful. Lunar can suspend and close your account anytime. Money were transfered between my Norwegian and lunar account. They requered bank statements from my Norwegian banks. Also how i spent money on holidays via other app we are talking about 20 000 nok amount . Forget privacy with LUNAR.
You get very fast answer over phone But when u have problems customer support over phone can't help you. Then You are communicating with somebody just by email . They don't answer your questions just give requerements.

This is one of these companies who are very nice very accessable until you face first problem.

Lunar is a bank that lets you take control of your financials in a fun way. The app helps you to organize your daily spending and investments in a neat way.
I also had an experience where I bought something that turned out to be a fraud. They handled this case with excellence, and I got my money back.

I'm using Lunar in Norway.
They've been excellent; very responsive, extremely easy to open an account and use it in English or Norwegian; and now that they have Norwegian account numbers everything is good. The perfect solution for my business.

With one (big) problem. They don't offer BankID. Without bankID you have to have another bank in Norway. And that other bank has just given me two weeks notice that they will terminate my bankID with them because they saw I moved most of my banking to Lunar.

Couldn't be happier! 10/10!
