Speed and kind

Luscombe & Co have been handling our properties on a full management basis for many years. They are conversant with all required legislation and very prompt at dealing with any landlord or tenant questions. Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly,rents reviewed fairly, Inspections are carried out regularly and rental payments are made quickly. Our main points of contact are Anna, Dawn and Lauren

Never had any issues with them, always very polite and very helpful.

I’ve lived in three different countries and dealt with many letting agencies, and Luscombe is by far the worst.
They are highly unprofessional and show very little care for tenants. Their so-called “high standard cleaning” is nowhere near acceptable (see photos). Maintenance has been a constant issues, jobs either aren’t done, aren’t done properly, or take far too long.
We had ongoing black mould for 8 months while living in the property with an infant. It was only addressed after I made a formal complaint and made it clear I would escalate the issue further. Jobs were closed without being completed, and when I followed up (even including job numbers), they reopened the wrong ones.
Communication is poor, emails are not answered in a timely manner, and constant reminders are needed. Ironically, during one month I received three separate emails asking for a review, yet there were still no updates on ongoing maintenance issues.
To top it off, on move-out they attempted to charge us for full bins... despite the fact we moved in with full bins and moved out two days before the scheduled (three-weekly) collection.
Overall, extremely disappointing service. I would not recommend Luscombe to anyone.
