We have now been renting our property via Luscombe for nearly 4years and are just about to renew our tenancy for a further 12 months. Staff are always polite and helpful and any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Can’t fault them.

Lauren in charge of my flat application was lovely 100%. She helps me in all steps and what was really beautiful is that I could receive update at anytime. I am kept informed of my legal duties as a landlord with regular updates. They have recently found new tenants for my property in a very short time. They have dealt with repairs and maintenance issue promptly. I am provided with an excellent Annual Statement for tax purposes. My contacts Chloe and Dawn are friendly and helpful. All round great service.

So far so good!! We enquired, viewed and applied for a property all within the space of 2 weeks. The communication with Lauren has been very speedy and precise. The process of enquiring and applying was easy and stress free. Coming from a naturally sceptical and anxious person, this agency has been positive vibes all round.

I have lived in the UK for 14 years now and for sure can say, this agency is so far the best I have used. They communicate really well and make sure everything is alright and the tenant is happy. I can't say anything bad about them. Especially Lauren, who has always kept me up to date with any changes and any updates about my accommodation. :)
