We are still early in the process, but our experience so far has been positive. Chloe was very helpful when showing us around the property, and Lauren has been helpful and responsive with communication over the phone and by email. We appreciate their support so far and anticipate that the rest of the process will continue smoothly.

Lauren was excellent. Very very helpful throughout our rental process and guided us well as it's our first time. She answered all of our questions well, and made sure we were okay through the process and while we deal with the landlord.

Luscombe and CO were great, thank you Felicia for the lovely experience. Felicia was a great help in this stressful time. Only note was some communication issues with the Goodlord referencing service but we got there eventually :)

Felicia provided an excellent service and was very helpful in guiding me through the necessary steps to ensure my requirement (updating Contracts) was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Overall the team have been really accommodating, quick with responses and Lauren in particular has been very communicative with excellent customer service.
The reason it is missing 1 star is purely the Maintenence, the online reporting system can be tedious especially when quick responses are required, would prefer to just speak with someone on the phone.

Lauren has made our experience amazing! She has gone above and beyond for us and has made the whole process much easier than we expected. Super speedy with replies and answering our questions too! Thank you so much 😊
