My experience with Lusso Usato was excellent. I placed my order and received an email to say they had been dispatched an hour after. When my new pair of trainers arrived the following day, I was very surprised by the condition. They were described as "excellent condition" however truthfully do not look used at all. I was optimistic buying a used pair however I don't think I shall be buying a brand new pair at retail again anytime soon!

Sold my trainers to this company. Payment sent promptly with no issues. Very good service & shall be using again.

Scammers ordered a pair of shoes and the order is still “awaiting to be fulfilled” 2 weeks later, Even though they said 2-3 working days, Don’t know how this site is even up. should be taken down, please don’t order from these doughnuts.

SCAM, SCAM , SCAM , don't order anything from this site , next day delivery never happened, it's been 2 weeks since placed the order and no update , contacted via email several times and no reply. Money are taken from your bank account generating an order but the delivery never happened.
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

It will generate an order confirmation but tracking never moved for nearly a month.

Always had the best of service it’s unmatched , communication is 10/10 if not more whenever you need an extra look at what your buying they send photos most places won’t even reply just expect you to buy , I will always use the page and wouldn’t be slow on passing the page on to anyone many of times I needed a pair for a holiday and I was last minute they managed to have my trainers there the day I flew out unreal service and work out in all I can say

I’m giving a start feedback because I was expecting my item to be delivered 2 days later after ordered, then I’ve been told I’ll get a partial refund because of delayed, don’t know how much refund I’ll get back neither when to expect refunding ! As I waited another 3 days after that they told me that definitely would arrive next day , but still didn’t get them ! So I’m very disappointed.

Connor was really helpful, issue with delivery but he sorted it straight away. Top lad.
