Fantastic customer service really helpful and very knowledgeable. The lady I dealt with knew all about the campsite I was looking to book and gave me great advice which made it easier for me to decide. Very easy to use website. I would recommend LuxCamp.

The website was very easy to use and it was easy to find the information we wanted to make a choice for a suitable campsite.
More importantly, when i had to telephone and speak to an advisor, the staff member (on both occassions) was instantly friendly, welcoming and happy to give the information needed.
We are very much looking forward to our holiday in August.

There's not been a lot of communication…
There's not been a lot of communication and there was no confirmation of payments. I had to check my account to make sure the payments were coming off my balance.
