We booked with Lux camp pre covid and the holiday was cancelled . Although communication was reduced with Lux camp they couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful and we received a full refund after 6 months . When we decided to book a campsite again for 2022 we had no hesitation in booking with them again .

Booked a Family Holiday with Lux-Camp back in 2017.
3 weeks before we were due to travel i contacted LUX Camp to explain that my Son was diagnosed with a Tumour and we would have to Cancel Holiday.
I was looking for a Refund but Lux Camp refused.
My son fought Stage 4 cancer and thankfully is in good health again.
Iam sure Lux Camp filled our slot with another Family in 24 hours thus getting double the Value for the mobile home.

The current pandemic is really difficult for business and for families, everyone is just trying to navigate through as best they can. That said, any query or interaction i have had with LuxCamp about my booking and cancelling it has always been answered really quickly, fairly and with empathy. It may be by email, but that's no different to any other company i have dealt with lately. For that reason, i will rebook with the company next year. Thanks for trying to best your support clients through what is an unprecedented time for everyone

I am so stressed!!!!! We have booked and paid for our holiday and have been trying to contact the company for 2 weeks now with no reply. We are due to go away in 6 days and I need to speak to someone!!! There is no way to contact other than email to which gets ignored. Do NOT book with Lux Camp!! Service is appalling. If anyone from the company reads this please get in contact before we get our solicitors involved!!!!
Still absolutely NO response. I want to know where I stand with regards to a possible quarantine and my cancellation insurance. Do not book a holiday with this company !
My husband has cancer and is going through a rough few weeks. We want to postpone our holiday in the hope that he will feel better in a few weeks but there is no phone number to speak to them & email reply says they will get back in 7 days - by which date the holiday would almost be open!
LuxCamp put us in a precarious position ahead of our upcoming holiday to France. We were booked into Prairies de le Mer on August 8 (2020), which they cancelled a day before our last instalment was due to be paid. We're now less than a couple of weeks away, transportation is booked and there's no way of getting hold of them. Bizarre decision, poor customer service and a very upsetting time caused.

When it became apparent that the holiday couldn't happen (Flights Cancelled, Government warning on non essential travel) LuxCamp were very helpful and accommodating in letting us move our booking to 2021. This has been a big help and taken away a lot of worry. We now can hopefully look forward to a holiday next year. LuxCamp have been very good to deal with. Paraic
