DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CON MERCHANTS!!!!
Take your money, don’t send the goods and then avoid your emails, no refund after 7 weeks!!
Stop ripping people off Katie and Lee!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My order on the 2nd Jan has still not been delivered and endless phone calls and emails will not resolve the issue. Iv had to resort in my card provider to help recover my money back. Lots and lots of bad reviews on there FB page but they delete them all. Many unhappy customers...beware!

Ordered goods over 6 weeks ago supposed…

Ordered goods over 6 weeks ago supposed to be 2-5 days delivery. Nothing received after numerous emails requesting updates and empty promises that goods have been posted. Buyer beware I will not be recommending this company . Still trying to get my money back !

PLACED MY ORDER ON 13.02.18

PLACED MY ORDER ON 13.02.18, HALF A DOZEN EMAILS RECEIVED FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE APOLOGISING FOR THE DELAYS AND EACH WEEK THEY WOULD BE WITH ME BUT STILL NO SHOW. ADVISED TODAY IT COULD BE THIS WEEK OR NEXT, NOT GOOD ENOUGH. CAN’T SPEAK TO ANY OF THEIR STAFF, THEIR PHONE NUMBER TAKES YOU TO AN EXTERNAL COMPANY WHO CAN PASS THE MESSAGE ON! THEY DON’T DO CALL BACKS!
HAD MY MONEY FOR 2 MONTHS AND NOTHING!

I have ordered from this company
and forgot it was a pre order.
I contacted them and it was explained the order would
not be shipped until August,
It was a pleasant text
and I will be looking forward to receiving my goods

Would have given 5 starts but item was…

Would have given 5 starts but item was damaged on delivery. Delivery too longer than advertised.
Having said that, once I contacted Luxe I was offered a replacement or refund. I was expecting to move house so opted for a partial refund.
Over all customer service was excellent.

Lies

Order made and paid 16 Feb. Despite being promised ‘it will arrive by the end of this week’ every week..it still hasn’t. Asked to cancel and refund on the 3rd but that’s impossible as it’s been ‘despatched’. Now the 9th and still not here.

Still waiting...

I ordered an item that was in stock, not pre-order, with express 2-5 day delivery - I’m still waiting, despite being told I’d have it by the end of last week...

No reply as yet to my email asking where item is. Really awful customer service - will never order from them again!

Abysmal communication!!!!

I ordered and payed for 3 items over 3 weeks ago and im still waiting !!! ONE of the items was on pre-order the other 2 were NOT !! Despite numerous emails and messages ive had no updates.. theyr obviously selling stock they havnt got and my money is in their account... grrr.. will be getting in touch with paypal to get my money back. Abysmal customer service.. wont be shopping here again !!!

Update... got my money back from paypal. And Luxe have ceased trading as of May 2018

Over the moon!

Amazing service ordered a dinning table which was on pre order it arrived 7 days after the pre order date which was fine I am over the moon with the item and the quality of the item for the price i knew I was protected as they accept PayPal which as you know you can rip off ! So I wasn’t bothered about that I knew I was protected I will 100% be ordering from them again thanks luxe!

Be Careful

No item and no refund weeks after order despite many emails, messages and calls. Please be wary, if they don’t have the item you ordered they won’t refund. Posted on FB and had two people reply straight away to say they had the same issue!
