Order made and paid 16 Feb. Despite being promised ‘it will arrive by the end of this week’ every week..it still hasn’t. Asked to cancel and refund on the 3rd but that’s impossible as it’s been ‘despatched’. Now the 9th and still not here.

Amazing service ordered a dinning table which was on pre order it arrived 7 days after the pre order date which was fine I am over the moon with the item and the quality of the item for the price i knew I was protected as they accept PayPal which as you know you can rip off ! So I wasn’t bothered about that I knew I was protected I will 100% be ordering from them again thanks luxe!

No item and no refund weeks after order despite many emails, messages and calls. Please be wary, if they don’t have the item you ordered they won’t refund. Posted on FB and had two people reply straight away to say they had the same issue!
